Life changing experience and the treatment truly transforms your life. I had chronic back pain for years and it has been so much better now. Also during my cancer treatment, general adjustments by Dr Joe helped me feel so much better. My parents got treated at Transform wellness too and now my husband and kids are coming here. I booked a consultation after experiencing various posture issues. Transform Wellness, far exceeded my expectations as they provided advice not only on posture and chiropractor treatments, but also health, diet and general fitness. This was incredibly helpful to my overall wellbeing, in addition to chiropractor care.

After just one month of treatment, which was tailored to my needs, most of my spinal issues have been resolved and my spine/ back itself feels far more mobile, pain free and healthy (and yes, better posture!) My diet has also improved (following a nutritional session), along with my exercise routine.

The team are all incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They genuinely care about your health and goals, and will go the extra mile to help. Re the chiropractors, they are incredibly knowledgable and experienced - you will be in safe hands. I would also note how amazingly helpful and nice the reception team are too!

I’m still on my journey to reach my overall goals (my plan lasts 3 months), but after just 1 month of treatment there are so many positive results. A huge thanks to Dr Joe, Dr Joel, Sean, Riccardo and the whole team!

Having gone through a couple of years of repeated cycles of back pain, I was worn out and losing hope that I'd find a way to fix it for good. I had found it confusing and disheartening navigating the conflicting advice on what works for back pain, especially when the experience can feel like two steps forward, two steps back. Fortunately, Transform Wellness have all disciplines and relevant equipment covered under one roof, which gave me the confidence for the first time that I'd find the answer with the support of this team. Chiro, rehab, spinal decompression, massage, nutrition, strength training. With a structured recovery plan, Dr Joe and team helped me through the acute phase of back pain and into a sustainable routine that has left me virtually pain free for the past 18 months (and counting).

I started my journey with Transform Wellness to treat my back pain. Dr Joe was thorough in understanding exactly what I needed and how to get there. I have faith and confidence in his supportive treatment plan and have already seen a massive improvement. I’m so glad to have found somewhere that offers much more than a quick fix, as the gym team offer specialised rehabilitation and there is also the luxury of sports massages! Dr Joe and his team at Transform Wellness have a unique approach to client care. I have truly felt that I am in a knowledgeable, caring and safe pair of hands at every visit. Care plans are tailored to the individual physical requirements, and at each appointment there is a genuine sense of interest, understanding and reassurance. It is a wonderfully holistic approach to the body, from adjustments, massage, rehab to nutrition and supplement recommendations. The reception team are always wonderfully friendly and helpful. Dr Joe's experience and expertise is evident and instills trust from the first visit. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
