I moved to tramways MC after receiving poor care from another GP surgery.
Since becoming a patient here. I have managed to be able to get same day appointments and an actual face to face consultation ( something which I didn't get at the other surgery).
The GP's I have seen so far have been patient kind empathetic and have made me feel at ease and comfortable.
The reception staff have also been very professional and approachable. When calling they have followed up on appointments and tried their best to accommodate and make appointments.
It has been a breath of fresh air coming to this surgery.
I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of changing surgery..

Since dr O’Connell and karen Bradley have left the surgery has drastically gone downhill, it’s difficult to get an appointment unless it by phone call.
They have changed my prescription without telling me and are very unsympathetic regarding the pain I have due to my multiple sclerosis.
They have made it extremely difficult for me to get effective pain relief for my m.s. even though I have a lifelong illness that will only ever get worse.
Most of the receptionists are lovely especially Carol and Michelle both of whom have done everything they can to help to which I am grateful. Been with this surgery since 2017 but have now registered with another practice as I do not have faith that they have my best interest at heart, if I could give no stars I would.

I have been using this practice for decades. I have never experienced anything other than a first class service. The doctors, nurses and staff never shy away from going the extra mile to ensure I get the medication I require even at short notice. Appointments are always difficult to get whatever practice we use but again staff here have always ensured my family and I have been seen. Special thanks to nurses Kay and Lisa.

Absolutely awful. Treated as though I am an attention seeking time waster. I have asked a number of times for assistance with my conditions and I was told the practice does not deal with my condition. I have no care plan despite the specialist saying my GP will put a care plan in place and work with my condition. The doctor told the nurse I have a condition I do not have. The nurse was incapable of working with the condition I do actually have. I made a complaint about all of this and the response was curt, it seems to again accuse me of being an attention seeking time waster, there was no apology for the mix up with the information with the nurse, and I felt hurt and abandoned by the people who are supposed to help me when I become seriously ill. I have absolutely no help, no safety net, no careplan, nothing. This is not care. This is can’t be bothered.

Been a patient here for about a year and haven't had a bad experience. Think some of the more general NHS structural issues are influencing people's bad reviews (eg, phone on the day to book a appointment), but they're often not unique to this specific clinic.

Great GPs and nurses, receptionists great. No complaints.

Very nice and helpful reception staff. I had an appointment myself with Dr Karen Bradley and she was so kind and supportive.
My baby had his vaccination and the nurse was amazing as well, explained everything and was very quick with the injections.
When sick, the baby was seen very quick , in a few hours.
