Staff were very friendly, I was seen quickly and treatment areas were clean. Problem was they needed to do a second blood test, which I believe is routine. However, they close at 8 so after 3 hours they sent me to Wythenshawe. They did book me in at Wythenshawe, but unfortunately it doesn’t matter, you just join the a&e queue. So in this instance it would have been a lot quicker to just go to a&e. Maybe they need a cut off time for accepting patients with certain conditions, where there won’t be time to do all the necessary tests. At Wythenshawe they said they often get patients who have been sent there after hours at Trafford.

Attended Monday for suspected heart problem. Impressive at all levels. Had ECG, chest X-ray, two blood test, two doctor consultations with diagnosis, pharmacy on exit, all within 5 hours…..first class..NHS at its finest

I took my daughter last night as she had a rash all over her body, this has been flaring up on and off since the beginning of the year, the doctor she saw didn't even look at the rash and prescribed a steroid cream for her body and told her to buy over the counter cream for any more personal areas, this was not helpful, if we hadn't already tried them ALL we wouldn't have been there. The help was non existent and probably won't use the centre again. Only good thing was the 3hours free parking which we use all of 🙁 This is no reflection on the triage nurse or receptionist both of whom were lovely.

I came after 111’s advice- I fell yesterday and decided to come as I hurt my elbow, arrived at 3pm, was triaged, x-rayed and got a sling for my fractured elbow, I was sorted and on the way home at 4pm, extremely lovely staff, the radiology team were great and the sister who put my sling on was so lovely and funny! Very happy with this service!

Visited here on 31 March 22. I have to say the service from start to finish was outstanding from the nurse who greeted me on arrival and took my symptoms down to the Doctor who finally saw me and gave me the medication to treat me. They had such care and compassion. I just wonder why our Doctors surgeries can not be like this, currently they only want to have a telephone appointment with you which is pointless when you are not well.

Attended today with my husband after he fell. Turned out that he had dislocated his shoulder. Excellent care & concern from start to finish from reception staff, triage, radiology, the young doctor & the consultant who reduced the injury. Yes we were there a while, but we moved smoothly through the system, going back for a repeat-x-ray to check the shoulder was back in place. We are very lucky to have this excellent centre nearby. Thanks to all the staff.

Very long waits even with a 111 appointment but not surprising with current NHS constraints. Both my nurse and doctors were very friendly, professional and reassuring. Rare combo of knowledge, experience and a good bedside manner.
