So happy to have found a private GP in Newbury. Dr Cave took the time to listen to my symptoms and their impact on my daily life. Dr Cave showed empathy and compassion unlike I’ve experienced with my recent NHS visits. Dr Cave was ably to offer a plan to help my symptoms on the path to getting me the relief I need. Arrived earlier and asked to wait in lovely reception area. Was offered something to drink. Nurse Jo later came to collect us and checked details and explained everything well. Procedure was done well. Place is so beautifully designed. Good atmosphere. Results came in reasonably good time.

Went to have bloods taken in and out Jo who took the blood was great not even a scratch after normally I go bruised but nothing like it did not happen

I visited James the GP due to various issues. He took the time to listen and help me. I will definitely be going back when I feel like my own NHS GP surgery don't have the time to meet my needs. He was kind, courteous and professional. The receptionist was lovely too and made a lovely cup of tea :) It's definitely the small things that make such a difference. I would 100% recommend.

Lovely calm atmosphere inside ancient renovated barn, with plenty of free parking. Greeted and seen by professional & friendly staff who deal with a number of different medical issues from your head to your toes, literally!
