Elaine has been treating me for the last couple of years and has dealt with my complex sport injuries, some of which had been niggling me for the last decade or so.

Her knowledge and treatment is immense and she is always very responsive when I request appointments, usually after doing crazy extreme sports which require fast attention!

What I also like about her is the follow up exercises she recommends and her treatment plans. This is coupled with her honesty and she doesn't ask you to come back if it is not necessary.
Elaine is also extremely friendly and personable and I have recommended her to friends and family.

Elaine also has a sports and strength conditioning background which really helps in her understanding of movement and physiology coupled with the extensive training she would have had with an osteopath. Total Health Osteopathy.... Highly recommended.

She helped me over a number of years with tricky structural issues, which allowed me to break personal records in powerlifting, without further injuries. She has full confidence in her skills, which translates to much more effective treatments. Elaine is at the forefront of knowledge and is continually adding to her vast array of skills, so that an effective approach was always found for me. I had to move away to Europe, but considered coming back for regular sessions, that's how good Elaine is.

Was recommended to see Elly after problems stemming from a car accident years ago getting persistently worse due to my job. When I went to Elly I had no elevation of my arm from my shoulder and was in agony. I left after one session understanding what the issue was, with around 80% more movement and with some homework to complete in the interim period before our next session. After another session I felt 100% better and will now ensure I see Elly regularly to maintain this.
