My husband suggested I try Total Health Clinic as I’d had lower back pain for 4 months and was finding it difficult to get out of bed in the morning.
My first 15 minute consultation with Johny Mejo was free. Johny was very helpful, informative and friendly throughout my 4 weeks of treatment.
My back pain has improved so much and I can now get out of bed without this horrible pain!
I have ongoing exercises and recommendations to strengthen my lower back in the future.
I would definitely recommend Johny.

Johny was probably one of the best physiotherapist I think I’ve ever had.
Within 3 sessions my mobility was back, 3/4 sessions after he focussed on pain control.
After the sessions I was completely back to normal.

Will defiantly be recommending Johny to any of my friends and family

I was booked with Stephen for my first ever physio appointment.

Initially I thought the consultation was going well. However, I was told I don't need help despite me saying my symptoms are present 90% of the time and literally physically stop me from being able to walk.
I had to repeat myself several times to explain what causes my symptoms and felt this information wasn't taken on board. There was no talk about my hip or what could be causing it, there was no attempt to figure out what may be causing it and no advise for treatment.
Within 30 mins I was told there's nothing wrong and no need for further scans or treatment.
I felt dismissed and very upset that I was told so quickly that nothing is wrong, despite having medical records and doctors that have said otherwise as well as my own experiences of course.

Dont go on a day where your symptoms aren't severe or present as they won't take you seriously and par you off as it being all in your head or not needing any help.
Really disappointed and very upset with the service I received.
