Appalling behaviour. What should be simple email correspondence with a basic level of customer service has turned into curt and dismissive replies from them. I have asked for the name of the person responsible for these. However, they have the information to politely fill me in with what's going on regarding a convoluted process to have a tooth removed by someone other than my dentist and it entails them submitting this request correctly. After three weeks and third failed attempts (the third just submitted an hour ago after my email) it still hasn't been done. I'm told to call a number 'to see where I am on the list'. I've got no idea what the list is for. I just need dental care and to be updated by my dental surgery

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful, the dentist was exceptional, explained exactly what was going to happen and how I would feel during the procedure. he was talking to me all of the time during the extraction and offered reassurance, the dental nurse gave me all of the aftercare details and provided written notes. Also provided a compression swab should it be needed. All the time making feel at ease.

Absolutely awful practice in Downham Market! I reached out for help regarding toothache, being more than happy to pay for private treatment as I’m not registered there.
This clinic showed absolutely no interest in helping me whatsoever!
I very highly recommend people use alternative dental companies and avoid this company!
This company could not care less about people suffering in pain!
They’re not worthy of a 1* rating!

Called to ask for help/an emergency appointment. I spoke with claire, they were very rude. I appreciate I was not registered but I was just asking for support/guidance. Tried to dismiss me by saying well we arent taking any NHS patients now and tried to end the call, I then stated what about private patients and they were rude and dismissive saying they werent taking anymore patients on. Their website says they are. Either way I have decided to go else where.

Regarding my dentist Jessica Cortez Ferrel. There are not enough stars here for me to tick .I would add a couple more. I came in for an examination appointment but I had a very loose and painful tooth which she very obligingly removed (with great difficulty) I was treated with such care and attention I cannot thank her enough. My name is KNIGHT but I was treated like a KING. I feel like a new person today. Again Thank You so much what a lovely careing person..

I started to see jessica oct last year I was peterfid off dentists ,she was brillent caring friendly, ,understanding, patient, with me ,and now I look forward coming and seeing her ,and the reception s are great too friendly and caring x

Always a pleasant experience. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Our dentist Iwona is lovely, explains things clearly and is also great with the children. She is chatty and makes you feel at ease.The actual dental practice is clean, bright and airy. We moved house a few years ago and still travel back as have been with them many years.
