Absolutely lovely. I attended with my dad had cancer and now I am and now I am a patient there as I have cancer. I love the yoga they have and the aromatherapy mass and the aroma therapy massages. The people working there are extremely nice and already to help with any advice at any time

Went to a Nutrition for life workshop. It was very informative and helpful Met some great people on the workshop. A healthy and nutritional lunch was provided which was amazing. A great bunch of hard working people trying to help us get back on the right track of eating healthy and nutritional foods.

A brilliant charity offering well being workshops and activities on nutrition, relaxation, fitness and coping mechanisms for people living with chronic illness and their carers. Sat nav cannot find it properly with the address though. Search for Troon Way industrial estate instead. Highly recommended.

The cup of tea was absolutely disgusting as I'm used to semi skimmed not the organic one I found most of the meeting boring but interesting bit was I felt very welcome.
