I'm not a person who does reviews very often but this praise is too well deserved not to. I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to visit the surgery at least twice a week over the last 2 months. Seeing a Doctor, Nurses, HCA's and reception staff. I cannot praise higher the friendly caring and efficient way I have been dealt with by everybody without exception. Thankyou all so much.

I’ve been using this surgery for 30+ years without any issues. I found out this morning that I’m no longer a patient because I don’t live in their catchment area.

Seems a bit silly that I’ve been booted out of the surgery I’ve used since childhood. All because I now live 1 mile away.. But hey, rules are rules.

What really annoys me, is the way it’s been handled. I’ve been kicked out, without any notice. Would it have hurt to make a phone call? A text message perhaps?

I’ve been living at my ‘new’ address for 6 years. Would another couple of weeks really hurt? It’s very likely that I’ll run out of medication now. So a huge thank you for that!

I’ll be thinking of you when I’m in agony

My wife and I are moving to Toftwood in the New Year and we called in to see if their practice covered our area !
The receptionist was Very pleasant and told us they did and what we needed to do when we had moved in to register !

Literally the rudest reception staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, contradictory and arrogant. I enquired about registering for the surgery as moved to area and my daughter needs her flu spray and was spoken to as if I was a foreign object that displeased them...they then contradicted their answer to me, just awful, I would not recommended joining this surgery if the reception staff is a reflection of the surgery..
