Don't get me started on the accommodation,I'd have happily sat there a whole week, was phenomenal!
The meals were beautiful.
The bar was Insta worthy, and, the barman,Liam, was a very polite, knowledgeable young man.

First time visiting, did the heat and ice experience so get to enjoy the facility for the day.
Overall was a nice day, until it gets really crowded.
Was checked in and have been shown around.

Few points I’d like to mentioned:
1) like others have mentioned, not enough towel! On my return to the changing room for toilet, I’ve noticed there were only four towels left and I took one and kept it the locker. Did the right thing as when I finished there was no towel. There’s also no notes to say who to contact / what to do etc (I know you can just find a staff, but would be nice for a note) because when no towel is there it just look like a shelf 😂

2) not a lot of toilet available once you are out of the changing room. So if you’re in the heat & ice experience, you have to walk all the way back to changing room for toilet. Unless there’s one nearby that I’m unaware of

3) heat & ice experience is supposed to be a quiet zone, the only time was quiet is when no one was there. People were so loud so you are not really relaxing, unfortunately.

4) plunge pool in H&I, maybe have a bigger plunge pool as the note say you can stay as long as you want in there. But when a couple of people just chill in there for a fairly long time, you can’t really “plunge”

5) glass doors on different room in the H&I experience. People going in and out, but not shutting the door properly, you constantly have to get up to shut it. Some even left the door open because it was too much for them in the room… why not just leave the room…

6) hot tub outside, there’s only one and there are people that stayed in there for really long time

7) slippers provided are indoor cotton slippers, is really not that suitable to walk around between areas especially when you are wet and dry

8) wanted to try the mud chamber, but it seems a bit sneaky as you need to pay extra for this. Even though this is in the H&I experience list.

Other thing to note, staff was friendly on the phone to booked. However when emailing, it asked you all the questions including voucher number but still you have to ring up and get booked, repeating information provided on the email. Such an unnecessary step.
Food was decent, the wait was a little long though for order and serve. But maybe was just hungry and uncomfortable as being in wet swimsuit.

I received a 60-minute deep tissue massage as a gift from a friend and had my appointment today. The staff member who checked me in and guided me to the waiting area was warm, professional, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the massage itself was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected, especially given the spa’s reputation. I came in with tension in my neck and shoulders, which I clearly mentioned on my consultation form and directly to the therapist. Despite this, the treatment felt more like light stroking than a proper deep tissue massage. I asked twice for firmer pressure, and while the therapist briefly adjusted, she quickly returned to the same light touch.

The actual massage lasted less than 50 minutes, although a full hour had been paid for. After the session, I was directed to a water fountain, only to find it out of service. Additionally, I was uncomfortable during the massage due to a lack of proper draping — the therapist made little effort to keep me appropriately covered, and a fan was blowing directly on me while I was mostly uncovered, leaving me cold for much of the session.

Overall, this was the least effective and least professional massage I’ve experienced. It did not meet even basic expectations for a deep tissue treatment, and I left feeling neither relaxed nor relieved of the tension I came in with. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this spa based on my experience.

Had a lovely overnight stay spa break with friends. Food was fantastic, facilities were very nice, outdoor area so pretty and staff were great, some exceptional. Treatment was nice, apartment was great, surrounding area beautiful had a walk the morning after before I left along the canal and this topped off a lovely overnight stay. Would return. Hopefully soon 👌🏼

I was given a 90 minute deep tissue massage as a gift. I was really excited by all the excellent reviews. The premises is lovely, the lighting, music and scent were all very relaxing. The receptionist that showed me to the waiting area was very friendly and professional. The massage wasn’t very good, likely I was unlucky with the therapist. It was a cross between being tickled, and having an elbow dug into my shoulders and back. I understand that sometimes the forearm might be used in massage, but the elbow at the wrong angle is very painful and was used far too much. I felt bruised afterwards, and days later my back is still hurting. I wasn’t relaxed at all and my pain was worse than when the massage started (I have a condition that is normally helped by massage, so I have massages regularly). Aside from the bad massage, I found the receptionist on the phone to be quite unprofessional. When I tried to book, the receptionist was quite short explaining that if I ‘only’ had a treatment my booking must be Monday to Thursday. I haven’t mentioned which day I wanted, and I found it a bit hard to understand him. Rather than looking for other words to explain to me, he said the same thing 3 times, I eventually worked out what he was saying.

This was our third annual overnight visit to the spa, and it really doesn't disappoint. The overall package for the four of us was extremely good value for money compared to other spa locations. Everything you need is under one roof, so once booked in, straight away, you can start to enjoy all the facilities available to you. The staff are friendly and professional, and the treatments are amazing. Good menu choices and great food and drink. We love the convenience of our own apartments with everything you need for your overnight stay. We'll definitely be returning next year and would highly recommend it.

Lovely spa experience. Slow check in, but spa areas well kept and clean. Excellent treatments. Could do with another outside jacuzzi as it took ages to get in.
Quiet rooms, lovely and relaxing. Overall really good time.

We recently visited Titanic Spa for a Sunday spa day which we do at least twice a year as we always have the most relaxing pamper day. The staff were all friendly and attentive through out our day including the housekeeping, reception, restaurant team and special mention to my therapist Amna who I had an amazing massage and blissful fascial with. I cannot recommend the Spa enough and we will definitely be returning very soon.
