To be honest run do not have these as a care provider . Time to care it's a joke it's more like time not to care . My son has been let down by excuse after excuse by the management. I feel sorry for most the carers that work for this firm as it's not their fault as the carers are good at there job . The management drop your call sometime don't don't even tell you so your sitting waiting and you have to ring them.Please go elsewhere for care as the Management don't care they only care about your money .

Absolutely shocking service from this company. The chief executive and owner Ros hasn’t a clue how to run a care business. It makes me chuckle even the name of the company. TIME TO CARE. They constantly let my son down and even lied on several occasions

This firm does not being confronted if confronted with complaints this firm will drop the contract, they give staff the choice to resign or be sacked even if they financially abuse the clients they have, mick if you see this run, run to tbucktu ros does not deserve your investment, thing run smoothly when Angela was on holiday , she returns everything goes down the drain and that's who is responsible for the complaints from my family I regards to myself a vulnerable adult, the carers are spot on.
