Disgusting. Wouldn't refer my dad for palitve care as I couldn't bring him in for a Dr to see. They finally gave in and arranged something 3 days before he died. Took months and months. Disgraceful
Now they expect everything to be done on line what happened to compassionate and caring Drs and not being just a number

The service is absolutely terrible Everytime you try to get a doctor's appointment they've changed the procedurecto get an appointment or even talk to someone not everyone is computor literate.seems to me they are more concerned about how many patients they get on the books...oh but if they want to give you a vaccine no problem.the whole NHS is a business no patient interactive. They are doing just as they please it really infuriates me and Iam sure a lot more people.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this GP surgery. My 18-month-old baby was suffering from back-to-back episodes of norovirus, likely contracted from nursery, and all I sought was basic advice on how to manage his condition at home. Despite the urgency and simplicity of my request, the response was far from helpful. After calling 111 during daytime hours, I was advised to contact my GP for guidance. However, rather than providing the support needed, I was instructed to take my child to A&E to see a GP there. This advice led to a distressing 6-hour wait at the hospital, after which, out of sheer frustration, we had to leave without seeing anyone. It is bewildering how a GP surgery could lack the capacity to offer a mere 5 minutes of consultation for a child in need. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the primary care trust's duty of care to its patients. Patients, especially young children, deserve better from their primary healthcare providers. I will be seeking legal advice and pursuing this with the Primary Care Trust.

Phoned the surgery. What a terrible experience. They can no longer give me appointments over the phone as that's not how it's done now. I have to use e consult. Not being particularly conversant with technology it took the receptionist 10minutes to talk me through the process. What could have been easier than saying " yes we have an appointment in 3 weeks" To add insult to injury She informed me that for the elderly they are still giving out verbal appointments. a
According to the receptionist being 65 doesn't count for being a senior citizen. Whether I will receive an appointment remains to be seen judging by previous reviews. Unfortunately there are no other GP practices in the area to change to. Once again I imagine this way of doing things is to cut down on the amount of telephonists and nothing to do with gool old patient care.

First of all, it takes forever to get an appointment and when my son and I went to the appointment, we received poor service. My son's checkup was rushed and was compared to every other child as if it was nothing, despite him being ill for a week. The light she used was the torch from her phone , she was acting passive aggressively, ignoring my concern as a mother and anything I mentioned. After prescribing medication, she had stated no miracle would occur so not to get our hopes up for a quick recovery then said bye as if we were wasting her time. Definitely not coming back and would advise others to stay away if possible.

Received a text message to state my result have come in i need to make an appointment within the next for 4 weeks. Didn't bother to phone has its just a shoddy phone service, after work I popped in the surgery to make the appointment only to be informed they are fully booked for November appointments and they are still waiting for December rota to come through but the person hasn't issued them through (?) I was then advised to come in the surgery early tomorrow to make the appointment as the December rota maybe on the system (?) I couldn't do that as work full time and commute to work (I'm now being penalised for working full time and pay into the system!!!!! ) I was then advised to phone in a week later late in the afternoon as less people call at that time (?) but they cannot say December appointments will be full up by then? on the NHS cancer adverts they say to make appointment to see the doctor at the earliest opportunity possible or if the TV doctors advise you if you need to see your GP do so immediately. (HOW!) if you have to go through this pathetic, shoddy system (No system at all) lives could be put at risk here but they don't care enough due to red tape!!!!! no wonder why A&E are full !
