We came here today to Thursfields Pharmacy in Corby to get our flu vaccinations, and the process was smooth; I could go on their website and select the service I needed, and then they offered the same day, which suited me wonderfully. Then we arrived, and the lady greeting us was excellent and told us that we could go straight in; the lady giving us the vaccinations was very clear about what was going on and how it would be done. I explained my deafness, and she was more than accommodating. I liked that everything was explained well and it's right by the town centre so it's convenient for me to visit there and they have not let me down, and I look forward to trying their other services as I think my positive experience encouraged me to get my health checked.

My husband, who is registered blind had both his ears syringed. The staff were very kind and gentle and explained the whole process in detail without being patronising and made him feel at ease.
Highly recommend this pharmacy and their staff.

Whoever is working Thursday 26th October 3pm - terrible. Spent about 30 mins trying to call the pharmacy, twice they picked up the phone and instantly hung up - I could literally hear them in the background before hanging up the phone. All you need to do is answer the phone and ask me to call back later. Shocking

Well what can i say... this place is got to be one of the worst pharmacies in corby. There are two woman in particular. One who has red hair and one who is blonde with a south african accent. They are two of tge modt rudest people i have ever come across.
Openly discussing patients, absolutely miserable. No thankyou no politeness. So rude and unprofessional. Was ok untill these two woman came along. The one in the red hair has been there for a while and she is a rude as ever. Sort your staff out thursfields. At least sort those 2 women out anyway.

Really disgusted with this pharmacy. Walked in on 8/7/20 to buy cocodamol tablets and they raised the price to 3.99 since the pandemic. Also over heard them bad mouthing customers behind the counter before I was served.
Disgusting shoddy behaviour from supposed professionals who are there to serve us and be polite as we are to them. Will not be back to this place. So unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.
How can they justify raising the price of cocodamol from 2.19 to 3.99. Granted the prices are not the pharmacy staffs fault but their behaviour needs to change towards customers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Having the inside remodeled by work men, 5 people (3 chemist and two work men) behind the counter with no masks, asked for some medication for the young man to whisper in the face of the lady also behind the counter presumably about me. I'd say this chemist is a dangerous environment because they are not following government guidelines re masks and social distancing. My son was struggling with the noise (drilling) because he has additional needs and we were looked down upon by the staff. I shall never set foot in this place again!

Everyone at this chemist is so very helpful. Always go out of their way to ensure I have my meds, even if supplier is late. Everyone is smiley, polite and takes time to ask how we're doing. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
