Thrive with Jayne Ltd

My daughter and I attended one of Jayne’s wonderful Retreat Days. It was a truly amazing experience. The day started with yoga, with a fabulous yoga teacher called Jo. Having not done yoga for many years, I was a little apprehensive, but I didn’t need to be, Jo is very skilled and kind and her voice is so relaxing I fell asleep at the end. We then went for a walk through stunning woodland, returning for a huge lunch of homemade soup, bread and lots of different salads. Next Jayne gave us a talk about the horses and then we had the therapeutic session with the horses, which was incredible and quite moving. The horses are stunning and so gentle. We ended the day with some meditative breathing and chocolate! It was worth every penny and I would like to do it again.

Going to Thrive with Jayne has not only touched my child’s life but us as a family. The environment Jayne has created is one where you can quickly feel relaxed and you know you are valued and looked after. In a beautiful, peaceful location, the horses are fun, caring and very perceptive of how you’re feeling and adapt to it. Jayne is what makes it though. Excellent and knowledgeable with the therapy, she modifies what she does to your mental state on the day. Jayne is laid back, empathetic and very kind. For my child, being helped by Thrive with Jayne has been life changing and life saving. Can’t recommend enough

We went for equine therapy with Jayne over the course of about a year to help with my child's anxiety and trouble coping with secondary school. For us, the outdoor environment and the horses were so important in helping build up the confidence to open up and talk in a way that would have been so much more difficult if we had been in a traditional indoor setting. Jayne was patient, kind and supportive and the combination of working with the horses, the time to talk, and the quiet outdoor space allowed us to work through issues at our own pace and rebuild. Jeff was a great assistant too. Over time it made such a difference, we would wholly recommend working with Jayne.

Thoroughly recommend! Such a lovely, relaxing evening will await you on one of Jayne's wonderful meditation evenings. If you're trying to decide whether to book, do it, you won't regret it, I loved it and will definitely be going again! Jayne's setting is absolutely stunning - you feel instantly relaxed just being surrounded by fields and horses and the sounds of the countryside. Jayne is so lovely and welcoming, she put me and my friends at ease straightaway, it's all very relaxed. We were shown to the most beautiful Yurt, made up with mats, pillows and the softest blankets, with gorgeous smelling candles burning. First we went outside to do some grounding which felt so nice barefoot on the cool grass, then back into the yurt for the most relaxing hour of guided meditation. Jayne's voice is so calming and soft, the time flew by and we were all so sleepy and cozy afterwards none of us wanted to move! Once we were finally up, with no rushing or pressure to leave at all, everything was so chilled, we were invited to sit and chat over lovely herbal teas (am now a new fan of Mothercuppa) and the most amazing treats from the fabulous Nourishingly Noshed. The perfect end to a really lovely evening, can't wait to go again! Thank you Jayne!

I had such a wonderful experience at Jayne’s Meditation Session in her gorgeous big cosy yurt. We started with grounding ourselves with barefoot walking and movement. We moved into the yurt and Jaynes beautiful voice sent us on a guided relaxation bringing us to our very own relaxing sanctuary. Afterwards we enjoyed lovely herbal teas and delicious treats with the group. I slept so well that evening. Thank you Jayne, I can’t wait to come again X

I had a really lovely, relaxing day. Beautiful surroundings and lovely, warm people. The yoga was just the right balance of stretching and breathing followed by a delicious, healthy lunch. My favourite part was breath/meditation with the horses and I felt a wonderful connection with them as I have never felt before. A really healing, lovely day. Will definitely go again.
