Thrive thank you, I have never felt welcome in a gym until now, the team and other members are so welcoming, the PT's are very knowledgeable classes are great fun, and I have met some really fantastic people, I am now on the best fitness journey and have thrive to thank for it. Oh and Kind cafe make the best tea ever so it's a win win 😁

Amazing facility, lovely and quiet unlike mainstream gyms. I live in Chichester and make the drive specifically for here and go to Asda on my way home.
I have a hidden disability and was so worried about coming as my experiences at other facilities have been terrible but all of the staff I interacted with were so kind and polite, lovely people.
The cafe is 100% vegan and amazing, such a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the blueberry smoothie I got was AWESOME! They very kindly substituted in oat milk for me and put my mind at ease about my pineapple allergy/cross contamination as well.

Highly recommend the spinning classes @Thrive. Rachel and Julie, both do 45 minute classes.
Then go and visit the cafe, for a selection of healthy drinks. Wonderful staff and lovely atmosphere.
If you fancy, a pampering then visit the beauty area. Ellie and Alex are amazing.

We always make sure we visit this lovely coffee shop every time we visit Selsey.
The customer service is always outstanding, the coffee is great and is made well ( we used to own a coffee shop so are very fussy about our coffee 😉) All of there cakes are home made and delicious. To top it all of its very reasonably priced.
The coffee shop its self is bright, clean, inviting, warm and has lots of big windows. 10/10 from us!
