Overcome Overthinking Workshop.
A great workshop dedicated to having time-out with likeminded individuals who are happy to explore and accept alternative ways of thinking. Nicky guided the workshop but didn’t dictate what you took away from it.
Well worth the time and fee. Happy to fully recommend.
