The system for booking an appointment is appalling! Waited 40 minutes on hold to be told no more appointments this morning, call back at midday. The issue is you must be available all day to take a telephone triage call, meaning if you work like I do, you're not even able to call at 8am or 12pm to even get told yes or no unless you take a day off work, in my case that would be unpaid. The medical team are lovely and when you do get to see them a really great bunch, but the system for booking appointments need to come out of the covid era, it's not necessary now. It's also a fact the telephone triage is not that reliable and face to face is better. At the BARE MINIMUM can we PLEASE be able to book our pointless telephone triage in a time slot (30 min window, maybe an hour max?) Instead of this "be available all day" nonsense. This is why so many people are just going to A&E instead, costing the NHS more money and wasting precious time for everyone.

I do not recommend.
Awfull booking appointment system!
Every time I needed to see a doctor it took several calls , each time 30 or more waiting on the phone to talk to " bored receptionist" that don't seem to understand the reason I called .
Most times I was told to call tommorow as they are too busy .
However every time I managed to see/talk with a doctor they were pretty good.
I'm not even sure why I've been registered with this practice for the past two years as i felt let dow. 90%of the time but after today response on the phone I'm definitely leaving them.

Completely useless one off the worst drs surgeries around Salisbury.
Spend at least 15 to 20 mins just to speak to reception 90 percent off the time, who
No idea what triage actually means. Good luck seeing a Dr while your still ill better book it a month in advance.
Don't inform you of any thing that's happening with your treatment.
Don't even consider the symptoms off your condition before reacting to angry/upset phone calls.
Only still with them as I don't want to have to re go through all my problems with someone new.

The admin staff does not have the ability to listen Thus making it even if more difficult for any patients and customers having to open a conversation. They hinder you with the most dismeanour behaviour and not even acknowledged any feedback. She didn't have any sense of politeness in dealing with customers. I don't know how can someone be in the admin desk taking phone calls without any Manners?

The vaccination centre wasn't easy to find. No road signs and no clear building signs. I parked up and did a Google search and found an article saying there was a new vaccination centre in a retail unit, got out of the car to have a look around, and noticed a dark sign in the distance.

The booking email only directs you to the retail park, with no instructions as to which building it is.

The queue was quite short - around ten people. The layout was very simple. The staff were friendly and communicated clearly.

For some reason my booking didn't show up, but that didn't cause any issues. I just carried on in the queue as a walk-in and my details were found extremely quickly.

The whole thing took less than fifteen minutes. In and out. Simple and clear.

Well done. A much better experience than my previous vaccination centre. Just needs some more signage.

This surgery is a blessing to Salisbury! I am a clinical professional and rarely have I had to access GP services as a patient however I have recently registered with Endless Street and had to use the services of the surgery for a very sad and personal nature. The staff are always so polite and understanding, offering empathy and compassion during any engagement I or my partner have had with them. They are clearly well trained on the needs of the patient and have offered prompt and appropriate management on every occasion. I can’t fault them and it is so refreshing to receive services like this in such an oversaturated service provision. By far the best surgery I have encountered both as a professional and a patient. Thank You

When one knows full well that one would like a non-urgent appointment, I.e. Which doesn’t need to be triaged, and for example any time in the forthcoming week or even two weeks, why are we kept on hold for up to an hour (with 40 preceding calls) to be told that there are no more appointments today and to ring back again tomorrow; when the likelihood is that the same thing will ensue? Why can’t the receptionist book an appointment into a vacancy any time in the week ahead, or at least take a brief not of the symptoms so that the appropriate clinician can ring back?
