I am so happy with the treatment I have received today. All staff from the receptionist to the wonderful lady who did my mammogram today were superb. The young lady who called names and ushered really put me at ease. So thank you to you all and see you hopefully in 3 years !

I have been to many hospitals and clinics in my (long) life but the breast centre is the most amazing one i have ever experienced - everybody without exception was vey friendly, caring and kind - not just with patients but also with their colleagues - it seemed an incredibly harmonious workplace . Their readiness to smile was heartwarming and an environment like that was just what I needed! THANK YOU!!!

Wonderful. The nicest staff, who put me completely at ease during a very stressful and anxious time. Everyone took the time to talk me through what was happening and were reassuring and supportive. Referred to Thirlestone back I July within 6 days of seeing my practice nurse. Had mammogram, scan , biopsy and surgery date within 11/2 hours. No time to think and worry. The nursing staff were absolutely brilliant and caring throughout. Just finished chemo and already got an appointment at Thirlestone for prosthesis.

The friendly staff and efficient service made a daunting experience much easier. I was called in 15 minutes before my appointment was due and within an hour I had had a mammogram, an ultrasound and two visits with the consultant. The process was so efficient that I hardly sat down between each phase before I was called for the next. At every stage all of the staff were warm, friendly and patient. A shining example of our NHS at its best. Thank you.
