The reformer pilates here is amazing. Sarah is friendly and professional, and very quickly identified the imbalances in my body and suggested adjustments for better alignment. Small class sizes (2 in my session). 10/10 will be back!

Sarah is an elite reformer pilates teacher. She was able to pinpoint my weaknesses immediately and give me exercises and adjustments to bring immediate relief to aches and pains as well as long term advice to address my underlying issues.
