Mackenzie was very friendly and welcoming. The laser hair removal was a very comfortable experience and all done quite quickly. The atmosphere was relaxing. Overall positive experience of laser hair removal with minimal to no pain. Definitely recommend to anyone considering any of the treatments and they have great prices in comparison to other providers.

I bought a course of 10 laser hair removal sessions but gave up after 6.
The staff are all friendly, but the consistency between practitioners needs to be improved. I had a different practitioner every time I went, and the area of skin lasered, and session time, changed each time. There is no consistency. Most of the staff are very young, college aged girls. It just feels like you’re entering any other Trafford Centre store.
I also question the strength of the lasers as it has only been just over a month since my last session and the hair is now growing back (not as strong as before but still a lot of growth).
My biggest annoyance is with the booking system. They can cancel on you with a few hours notice, meaning you’ve planned your day around a session and withheld your own personal appointments, however if you do the same you lose the appointment and money. There’s no exception for sickness or any other emergency, even if it’s your first time cancelling last minute (you can only cancel up to 48 hours in advance).
I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Wrong advice given, booked me and then refused to treat me. Staff are not professional, this company had had me in tears. The girl that booked me in who gave me the wrong advice has now be sacked. They don’t own up to their mistakes but yet refused to give me a refund of £1000. Don’t book with this company. They really aren’t worth it. Caroline the manager was well aware of everything but refused to accept what I had to tell her, but behind the scenes has sacked the lady who originally booked me I’m not giving me the correct advice. I wouldnt advise anyone to have their treatments here! Pathetic company. No customer service skills, no empathy!!
