All the staff members here are lovely. They always ask you how you are doing and they try their very best to maintain some sort of relationship with you and in turn that makes you feel more comfortable when coming. My specialist Sophie is extremely nice. Always making sure I’m ok in the experience and always checking in with how I am feeling during my laser appointments. All staff members are constantly keeping up with their appointments and when they can they will fit you an appointment in regardless of how busy they are. They do their very best to keep hygiene up to standard as well. Well done Thérapie clinic Canterbury!

My friend and I have just booked 10 sessions, and our first experience is still two weeks away. I feel like I’ll be the most challenging client because of my limited English skills when it comes to communicating with the lovely salon staff. I can smile and say “yes” or “no,” but to do that, I still need to understand what’s being said—how to lie down, when to turn over, what to lift, and when it’s best not to move. Honestly, I’m really nervous and very shy about being naked, but I hope the staff in the treatment room will be just as kind and welcoming as the ones at the reception.
I’ll share my impressions after a couple of sessions, and to anyone who’s hesitant like me—I truly recommend going in for a consultation. They’ll answer all your questions, even the ones that feel silly or awkward.

Have been here a few times now, the team are so professional and friendly. Lani has always done exceptional work for my laser, really taking the time and extra care to provide me with the best treatment, as well as being so kind and lovely to talk to. I’ve been using Canterbury Thérapie for over a year and a half and had two different treatments over the course of this time. So happy with the results, staff are friendly, not pushy but happy to explain services and work with me to get the best results. Sydney has been with me throughout both treatments and I cannot fault her. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

I came here initially very nervous as an more mature woman, and previous bad experiences in other salons. That was almost a year ago.

But, staff here have only ever made me feel welcome, at ease and are a team of friendly professionals.

From consultations, to treatments, everything is explained in a way I can understand as did Lani today for a potential further treatment.

Personally, I have found my results amazing, and would definitely recommend anyone to say least come along for a consultation if considering any of the treatments offered here!
