I'm new to Dereham, I am used to village gp where you can't get an appointment very often. I have had two appointments and each time I see the nurse practitioner in the evening she seems to be really helpful and takes my issues seriously. Helping me get to the bottom of them hopefully, at least she's doing more than past nurse/gp. So far I have had good service from this place and hope that continues.

I recently attended the Surgery for a minor op for a cyst on my back. This was picked up from a routine over 65’s check. I was placed on a waiting list but despite this being routine I only had to wait a few months before I was called.

Dr Falkingham assisted by a lovely nurse removed the cyst they were both efficient, friendly and informative, and I then had the stitches removed 8 days later by Rebecca Greedy who has very helpful, caring and quick.

It was so easy to have this done at my local Surgery, and I cannot praise the staff enough they do an excellent job.

I like the fact that I can go online and request my medication ,also that the pharmacist called me from the practice to clarify my order! Excellent service for a very busy practice. It can't be easy to get more and more patients . Keep up the good work 👏

Rude, inconsiderate and damn right rude receptionist. Not nice to slate all of them as some are lovely and very helpful. One in particular answered the phone this morning and without any empathy or anything just put the phone down. Did not give a damn what I was calling for just to busy to answer the phone. Well I'm sorry that my pain and suffering is disturbing your morning coffee. What a Joke will be making an official complaint.

We are newcomers to the County so obviously new to the surgery and have only used it once, but the experience was exceptional from the young receptionist to the locum doctor who treated my husband with consideration, care and professionalism. We are very impressed. Thank you.

These guys bungle everything they touch. Getting one prescription filled involved the following; losing the private referral letter twice, then not marking the case as urgent despite being asked three separate times, both by phone and email. Then, sending the prescription to a different pharmacy despite Theatre Royal being my nominated pharmacy, AND despite this medicine being a controlled substance that the other pharmacy could not dispense.

And then, finally, they got the number of pills wrong. I take three a day. They gave me thirty. They say I can't refill this prescription for a month. I'm not a doctor or a technician, but I am capable of basic math. Thanks for the ten days' worth of pills. I'm sure my body will just deal with the other twenty.

This surgery is amazing, the staff care and try to help if they can. Their service has always been exceptional for all the issues my family have encountered. They have been instrumental in diagnosing extremely rare conditions which could quite easily have been missed had they not been so conscientious. I would certainly recommend them all. At this time when the NHS is under immense pressure these professionals go the extra mile and really care.

The staff are responsive, helpful, efficient, friendly, calming and have either directly successfully treated me or found specialists to help. Like many health services they are always busy but when the chips are down they have always been there for me.
