I was sent here on a Sunday evening for an emergency prescription after having to call an ambulance out for my father. A 90 min round trip and 50 miles. On arrival at 5.30pm, the pharmacy was shut, the duty doctor told the ambulance crew they were open until 6pm. What a waste of time and fuel, let alone not being able to get the medication my father desperately needed!! I've put a formal complaint in to the relevant people, I've been told this is a miscommunication from the pharmacy, who are listed as an out of hours pharmacy.

Absolutely useless,was meant to be open but they weren't I had a prescription put through via 111,went back next day they opened 20 minutes late,the pharmacist was clearly hung over,wouldn't give me what I wanted even though it was on their system,had to call 111 again to tell them that they were refusing to give it to me,thankfully they put my prescription through to somewhere else. Diabolical service and mannerisms will certainly be avoiding in the future

The NHS website suggests this is open until 9pm and it isnt. Disappointed and in pain as I left it too late to go anywhere else based on the NHS website. I guess google is more accurate!

Site today says that the pharmacy is open until 20.00...... I went up to collect a prescription at 1900 and it was shut.
Normally OK but, occasionally, they aren't open without warning.

Same this morning. Shut due to unforseen circumstances....

Slow and inefficient service when collecting repeat prescriptions and unreliable, has twice recently been closed when scheduled to be open and once was unable to dispense due to a computer failure. Not as good as it has been in the past.

I am sitting here listening to the phone ringing and nobody picks it up.
The staff lie and so does management. A complaint has gone in and now escalated to the PSA before court where i have sought legal advice under discrimination of dosset boxes.
They say they stopped doing them yet again more done for some but not all.
7 years i had been getting dosset boxes there but now nomore.
13 box3s of pills to work out. Missed a few. Took to many of others. Even doubled up one day. Dangerous situation and its down to them.
