The wellness practice was recommended to me by my mum after me sustaining a back injury at work Upon arrival I was in an awful lot of pain and very restricted movement Steve recommended Red Light, Cryotherapy chamber & localised Cryo After just under 40 mins of treatment my range of movement improved 10 fold & I left the practice pain free Highly recommend

I have been surrfering with lower back pain for years and was recommended The Wellness Practice by a friend. Steve has is fantastic & very knowledgable regarding lots of different conditions. I had 3 different treatments and feel like a brand new person. Selina talked me through each treatment & I felt at ease and comfortable. Had an appointment 21/06/24 for Cryotherapy. It was my first visit and i really liked the depth of knowledge Steve had. He was very informative, talked me through the process and made sure I felt at ease. After the session Steve discussed areas I experience pain and applied cold treatment and went through some stretches and discussed possible cause. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be booking another session.

My husband discovered the centre after extensive research looking for therapies to help with his training, an old injury and general wellness. The equipment is top notch, the facilities are immaculate, and Steve the owner is so friendly and talks you through everything. We’ve tried red light therapy, cryotherapy and the hyperbaric oxygen chamber so far and have booked on a course of treatments.

Just a brilliant place. Lisa is fabulous. She showed me around, while providing me with thorough information on all of the services. Lisa carried out localised cryotherapy on my lower Back. The Wellness Practice has literally saved our lives. Mother and I was in poor condition as I'm terribly overweight bordering on Obesity, diabetes, joint and muscle tension hypertension, sleep apnoea you name it I had it.
