Emma who runs The Wellness Hub offers the perfect place to be looked after and cared for in the most friendly environment. Her skill and expertise as a Physiotherapist over two decades is excellent. The Hub approach for optimum health merges new and innovative technologies, and holistic treatments to offer a unique therapeutic experience under one roof. The Cryotherapy is amazing and helped me greatly post serious shoulder surgery with inflammation. The Pelvi Power machines have been so beneficial in improving my core strength and stability. Alongside all of this, is a capsule collection of natural skin care products and supplements, and some very nice little shopping treats too and gifting. A Fave and will be back!

Emma and her team are simply wonderful. My newborn had torticollis and finding a physiotherapist that I trusted to look after my small baby was a challenge, and I am so happy I found Emma. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and reassuring. She ensured me and my baby were comfortable throughout every session and we saw a huge improvement after a single session. After several visits, my baby was completely healed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Emma and her team, especially to postpartum moms and their babies who need a certain type of interaction and support that not many can offer.

I have been having intensive treatment with Emma James for a bout of acute sciatica. Emma is a highly professional, experienced and technically excellent physiotherapist. But Emma is so much more than that - she is understanding, kind and thoughtful in how she determines what treatment will work for each client. I have been singularly impressed with the state of the art equipment being used to successfully treat my condition. I have had regular sessions using shockwave therapy and the pelvi power chair which, along with massage and acupuncture has made an astonishing difference to my quality of life. So glad to have found this gem of a place. I have been going for treatments for a few months now, following an old and ignored injury. Emma has been working hard to address my issues and we have now found a good routine that is helping. The more recent addition to my treatment plan of Physio, Pelvi-Power and Cryo has been Shock Wave, which is brilliant! It has had a huge positive impact to my pain and discomfort that I have had for years.
