Everything was wonderful. We had a fantastic 3 day get-together.
Staff were wonderful. Meals were great. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The grounds were vast and easy to get around. Parking is plentiful. Coffee, tea and other drinks always on hand. Caters for vegans and others on special diets.
You'll have a great time.

Beautiful old building with period features inside. The interior looks authentic with wooden panels and staircase.

Our twin room was very small and a little dated in decoration however it was clean and functional.

There was a lift however the building is from the 1800`s so may not be as accessible as newer hotels if you have difficulties mobilising.

Breakfast was first class with a picturesque dinning room overlooking the gardens.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. There were also nice views and a short walk to the rear of the building.

The room was aged. Mattress was not pleasant and it was quite soft. Getting to my room was so difficult and I had to get back to reception and ask for help. The room was literally outside the main building. Water pressure for shower wasn’t strong enough. Breakfast was so basic and nothing particular.

THIS REVIEW IS OF THE PREVIOUS BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. IT BEARS NO RELEVANCE TO "THE VEDANTA"
Absolutely wonderful in every way. Very pleasant staff. Beautiful, clean room with excellent facilities. Breakfast was informal, cosy and incredibly tasty.
We're even considering it as a possible wedding venue for 2020.

We stayed at Branston Hall for five nights and used it as a base for exploring Lincolnshire. What a beautiful and peaceful setting. This stately manor dates to 1735 and is set on 88 acres with a large grassy area, ponds, and fields to wander. We had a suite overlooking the ponds. It was so relaxing. This is a 3-star hotel, so not overly fancy, and it's a good value. Beautiful pool with sauna and nearby day spa.

Great staff, really friendly, cannot do enough for you. Room is a little small and facilities in the room basic for the price paid. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are nice, but there is no cold water facilities when you come out the sauna. The shower there shows blue, but is scalding hot. The grounds are nice, and you must walk to the lake to see the black swans.

Two day break in lovely stately home hotel. Warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff, cosy bar / lounge area with open fire and more formal morning room for reading, afternoon tea etc. Bedroom was huge, well appointed in period style enhancing the feeling of being somewhere special.
Dinner was excellent, good menu and well cooked and presented. Breakfast was fabulous, choice from hot and cold buffet + a la carte options.
Simpson's Spa (in the grounds but a stand alone business) was excellent and good value for money. Informal grounds were nice for a stroll, Lincoln was 10 minutes by car and £10 in a cab.
Great place to stay if visiting the lovely city of Lincoln, would definitely return.

Very nice place, we had one of the larger rooms but was a little dated and needed some TLC. The SPA is in another building of the hotel and is a couple of minutes walk. The breakfast was fresh and nice. We decided not to eat at the hotel as the menu was limted
