Rude and unhelpful receptionist that told me I couldn’t speak to her supervisor after she was no help at all. Made a massive issue out of a matter of being a day or 2 early to collect my script. Which is my meds for EUPD (a serious mental health condition) but Didn’t want to help at all because I was a day early? And people wonder why everyone hates GP’s and specifically gp receptionists. Just the most rude unhelpful people you can find.

One star as no stars not an option.
Whose idea was it to change the system to book a doctors appointment. It is fiddly and frustrating- you have the wrong phone number for me and there is not an option to update it. What a mess! Not user friendly.

Would give negative stars if that was an option. Staff are incompetent and not even slightly helpful and the new booking system is a joke

Just awful , the staff are polite and I have no issues with them.. Since we've had COVID ,it's like dealing with a third world country medical center . No one picks up the phone and you have to listen to a long message about how difficult their job is. Be nice to the staff. Unfortunately I have to go to the hospital every three months in London . Not once have I heard a message like vale surgery. Staff are excellent and get the job done, straight away in London. They have had so much more to deal with, got on top with COVID and seemed to have moved on.
Vale surgery are clearly underfunded and overwhelmed with the volume of work. You have to chase them up all the time if there are any changes to your medication and passing on information to the right people. It used to be a great surgery, but now, it's just a nightmare . Whoever is in charge really needs to get their act together or get someone who can do the job. Its clearly not working and the people should come first.such a shame in the 21st century ,we are going backwards instead of forwards.
With the money the trust and council are making with all the developments and council tax revenues. You really need to start spending the money where it counts.
Since my last update, this place has gotten worse, medication is always late and not completed.. It keeps going backwards this place. Not fit for purpose, should be closed down. You really need to wake up and remember it's the 21st century, not the 19th. Just an awful experience, so unprofessional . Its an embarrassment to Haywards heath.

I went there for a midwife appointment, and I must say the treatment received was excellent. Everyone is so polite and it’s wonderful to feel that, I haven’t felt that for a long time. I will be changing GP surgery as soon as I can. Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

Highly recommend. Between here and the other surgery in cuckfield, me and my family have received excellent care in good time. We Moved from london and have been very impressed with the surgery and its Drs. Well run and organised, good use and mix of technology and face to face available, to meet individual needs.

I recently had a procedure with Dr Amy Reimoser and assistant. I was quite nervous as I'd had it done before and it was very painful. They were both really reassuring and kind and the procedure was quick and relatively painless.

I've always received a high level of care and great service from all doctors and nurses here, especially Dr Burns. I briefly moved away from Sussex and was very happy to rejoin this surgery on my return.

Today we needed to call the surgery regarding a sick neighbour. The receptionist was very prompt in reacting to our issue. I received a message that the duty doctor would call back. In a matter of minutes, Doctor Cotter was on the phone. Along with a friend we overheard the conversation where at the end, Doctor Cotter agreed to come to the house ASAP. I had heard a lot about this doctor so it was lovely to meet her in person. In a matter of minutes Doctor Cotter was able to diagnose and prescribe treatment which we have now commenced. What a lovely lady, we are all so grateful.
