I have been seeing Emma at The Treatment Rooms for nearly two years now, and she always performs every service to the highest standard! I’ve had a variety of treatments done, including different types of waxing and lash lifts, and each one was fantastic.

Emma is incredible and has created a wonderful space where I always feel safe and comfortable being myself. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly for a treatment!

Very happy with the service and most importantly the results.
The treatmentment rooms are clean and warm and secure - you may have to ring a doorbell and wait for the door to be answered so don’t arrive too early. This is because there are no surplus staff about to answer the door whilst clients are being seen.
When you are the client the uninterrupted attention feels much nicer especially if you are not completely dressed.and although my research was limited I am happy with the price of my treatment- something which surely would be increased if money was wasted on a manned reception.
Would recommend to others. Very grateful client

I’ve been going to Emma for my waxing now for nearly two years- she’s absolutely the best in the business.
I’ve moved away and travel for my wax appointments as I haven’t found someone as thorough, confident, professional and affordable!
Also I don’t know how she does it but my hair stays away so much longer after a wax with Emma- the magic touch.

Anyone who is nervous about waxing as I was or anything for that matter Emma is the one to go to. Would recommend her to anyone!

I started my permanent hair removal with Emma a couple of months ago.
Emma carried out a full consultation and advised me of all the hair removal options available at The Treatment Rooms.
We decided that electrolysis would be best for me as it’s permanent.
I am super impressed with the results as I can see a difference after every treatment. I feel more confident every week.
Would highly recommend The Treatment Rooms in Braintree for all hair removal.
