Would recommend Jenny to anyone who has a baby with tongue tie! We found Jenny very reassuring when we took our 6 week old to see her. Very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Jenny to anyone that has a baby with a tongue tie. So happy I got in to see her before my little one turned 6 months. She was really reassuring and my baby boy had a very bad tongue tie so when he was upset with it being done she stopped, gave him a cuddle, let me feed him then carried on. She really put him first and made sure he was ok every step of the way and explained everything to me so that I understood it all. Thank you so much!

Jenny was amazing, we got an appointment within 48 hours and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She explained everything so thoroughly and didn’t put any pressure on us to have the procedure done; ultimately we did decide it was best to do so and she got it done so quickly. I can’t fault our experience with Jenny and would recommend her to anyone with a baby struggling with either a tongue tie or feeding. It’s only been a few hours since our appointment and we can already see a difference in our baby’s temperament and feeding.

Amazing appointment, jenny gave me lots of information and helped me so much with me being nervous. She reassured me and made me well aware of any potential problems down the road. Jenny was fantastic with our 4 day old baby. She talked us through all possible causes for the feeding issues and then checked for tongue tie. Jenny was able to diagnose and preform the procedure straight away and we came away with a different baby, feeding so much better. I would highly recommend Jenny.

I was very impressed with the service at The Tongue Tie Clinic. Jenny explained everything very clearly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and take time to make a decision on whether my son should have the procedure. I felt very well informed and reassured. The procedure was all over very quickly, my child cried for no longer than 30 seconds and was able to feed immediately afterwards. After two days I am seeing the benefits with my baby's feeding and movements.
