I personally have not had any bad experiences with any of the GPS at this surgery and found them to be extremely good and compassionate. As for the dispensary and reception staff, I have always found them to be polite and professional. Yes they are a bit curt sometimes but not an easy job having to deal with irate people on a daily basis. Keep up the good work

Dispensery is not very good.went without my meds for 5 weeks recently.then again for 4 weeks.not supposed to have any breaks in taking it.there supposed to txt you when prescription is ready,which takes a minimum of 5 days,usually longer.i went in after waiting 4 weeks and it was in her hand not even dispensed yetalso had aphone appointment.waited 5 weeks for it,they cancelled the day before and have heard nothing since.very poor service.
