We’ve been working with Nicola to support my 10 year old daughter who has anxiety. At first I wasn’t sure why I needed to be involved in the weekly lessons, but as we started going through them I realised how important it was for me to be able to reinforce what Nicola was helping my daughter to understand, and it completely changed how I managed the meltdowns and times when she was upset and worried.

I feel that we can move forward and deal with things as they arise, and that we are both on the same page – I’m using the words and language that Nicola used with her, so that helps my daughter remember what she has been taught and makes it easier for her to use the learning she has.

I would highly recommending working with Nicola to help with anxiety; both me and my child have learned things that will help us forever.

Went to Nicola last year as i was having trouble with a recurring medical condition which amplified my stress and anxiety. The chance to talk about my feelings and thoughts without being judged was good therapy itself, but she also provided me with coping tehcniques and steered me in the right direction towards being more mindfull and at peace. Now i am better at noticing early signs of anxiety and stress and can deal with it before it becomes overwhelming. Would definately reccomend.....two thumbs up

Went to see nicola for help to stop smoking, anxiety, stress issues along with it. Was an incredible turning point! Not smoked for 124 days and saved £522. In a mich better state of mind aswell.would highly recommend.
