Terrible service waited over ten weeks after doctors referred me then to be taken of medication after 29years and given no support just signed off back to gp none of them genuinely care and the guy who took me of my medication Paul Inman couldn't wait to hand me back to my gp none of them came across as professional at all and it's easy to see why people take their own lifes . I should never of been taken of medication without tapering me of them I'm now 8 weeks down the line and in a total mess trying hard to find help.PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT IM NOT THE THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO DO NOT TRUST THESE AMATEURS WITH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

I have received help for both anxiety and depression through the talking shop, after my GP advised that I self-referred to them. All I can say is, it was a very helpful service, they don't expect to just 'fix' you, so to speak, they provide a range of activities and resources for you to help yourself, with their support alongside for the whole journey. I worked with Cathy and can only say that the help I received through our sessions was so useful and she herself, is lovely. If I ever needed to in the future, I would happily use this service again.

Thank you!

Took my grandson to an appointment here. They are very professional and he was called on time for his appointment. One word of warning - the public toilet stinks because of a problem with the drains. Avoid it if you can!

They would be fine, but if you go to Ashby Turn for your GP, they won't help you further than a quick consultation.
