I have been waiting for a form to be completed for 4 weeks by Dr Sahdev, I had a phone appointment for this to be completed, he didn’t ring me on the day of the appointment. I have been waiting for a phone call but it has now over 7 days since the appointment date with no contact from him. I have rang the surgery daily, I keep getting told that they have informed him and the management team. I was told the staff would let me know when they have spoken to him but no contact from the surgery. I have been told if he doesn’t ring in the evenings then just ring the surgery the next day. I would not recommend the surgery or Dr Sahdev, I will be moving to a different GP surgery.

Attended the surgery today with my elderly mother to have our flu jabs.
As ever, everything was well organised and our appointments were on time.
I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this surgery, they are always unfailingly polite, friendly and so patient.
Thank you for giving up your time on a Saturday, from two very happy patients.

This surgery, for me by far the best so far the reception team are brilliant. The service provided by the professional is fantastic. The only thing that’s letting down the sugary is the phone system when you do call in the morning at 8 am it’s quite annoying it doesn’t let you through at times but that’s not the surgery to blame that will be the NHS system

Ms Paris Tompkins, is a GP that is like no other I've ever experienced.

She has single handedly restored my faith in public healthcare, with her attentive native and her patient care.

She's already made an impact on my introverted son, and helped reassure him with his own medical concerns.

This GP listens and cares more than any other medical professional, I've experienced recently over the last 5 years.

10/10 for her.

And not to mention Billy who takes my blood tests, she's also great fun, and a great professional

I would like to give a big shout out to the member of staff on reception who has gone the extra mile to help me get my prescription to the chemist before I ran out, having been unable to use the app as the item did not appear on it. She reassured me she would get it sorted before I was rendered without tablets and before I went away om a holiday and not only has she kept her word to do this, but she also let me know it had been sent to the chemist.
Thank you so much ! Your help has been much appreciated and I'm really, really grateful.
Just a point about items being taken off the app ....I understand it is to prompt patients to have to call in to make an appt for a medication review, but this is the second time it has caused me issues and I can't be the only one. Perhaps some kind of message could be sent to patients when medication is taken off the app so that we can be alerted to this fact and order prescriptions early enough by phone and avoid running out of medication.

Had a phone call on Friday asking if I'd like the flu vaccination on Saturday. Yes please ! Billy did the vax (Thanks Billy !) and advised me on getting the COVID vaccination at the nearby pharmacy which was done today. Result ! Very happy with the Surgery's efficiency and support.

My little girl has been suffering from allergies from when she was two, the doctors told me she was on a waiting list for an allergy test, so I waited an entire year and then they told me she's not been referred, then I got her to be reffered. Then they suggested to wait for 4 weeks and they would get back to me, I rang the surgery to only find out the hospital rejected the application due to the lack of information, and prescribed anti histamines, she's had that before, creams and all not working and I need to know what's causing her allergies. I only got to know it was rejected once I rang the surgery, the doctors didn't inform me of it. How pathetic, then I got told maybe call again at 8.00 I've been doing that and then got told if they reject it again to go private. These doctors and hospitals get paid to do nothing but sit on their bum all day.

I don't normally do these reviews but I had to this time. The surgery has recently employed a physician's associate. They are doing telephone triage and seeing undifferentiated patients. I was not informed of this clinicians role on at least one occasion. Physician's associates are not doctors and have only 2 years of training. They are not registered with a professional body and are unregulated (at present). By comparison, a GP will go to medical school for 5 to 6 years then have a further minimum of 5 years of training including rigourous exams, and are registered with the GMC and regulated by the Royal College of GPs. Who do you really want to see you when you are sick? If you are phoning expecting to speak to or see a doctor and are not informed the clinician that is seeing you is a PA that is poor patient care. I have therefore switched GP surgeries. To make matters worse, when I switched, I had an essential appointment with the midwife cancelled without being informed.
