Very friendly staff , took ages to get threw but when I did they were helpful and informative. I was booked in next day for a tooth extraction I had a nasty infection was given antibiotics too . The Dr and nurse who dealt with me were very very nice and caring

Wouldn't even give them 1 star if I'm fairly honest.
Been messed about with pretty much everything unfortunately. The reception staff and most of the doctors are very nice but some of them can be extremely patronising, unhelpful and childishly argumentative. I've been given wrong results several times, prescribed the wrong medication while pregnant and suffered very badly with infection for months after an operation because none of the doctors would listen to a word I was saying. I've also been promised referrals that never seem to happen until its too late.
Overall, not a trust worthy place!

The service is shocking. 3rd time at the clinic and I was waiting to be seeing by a nurse for 45min. In my 4th visit I was waiting over 1hr to be seeing by a doctor.
The receptionists know that there is something wrong with the waiting time, and maybe their appointment system isn't working properly. What makes me super disappointed is the fact that they can't be bothered to get up and knock the door of the doctor/nurse, to check if they are aware that a patient is waiting!
Sometimes we can't just rely on technology. Learn how to reduce the headache by taking action and moving from the comfy chair.

Most of the staff are OK but overall, its a terrible place. Even got handed some else's documents once.
Almost died last year due to front staff playing doctor. Same person every time. Maybe she just doesn't like my face.
