What a gorgeous spa! Had an amazing day with friends, one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and such an amazing range of different sauna rooms. The indoor pool is beautiful, and the outdoor heated pool was my favourite spot! Staff was fantastic. Lunch was ok, was expecting more.

Quite a long walk from the car park. It's ok walking to the spa as it's downhill. After a relaxing day it is a bit tiring walking back to the car uphill. There are closer spots for disabled parking.
Some very nice steam rooms.
Heated outdoor pool.
Food is nice.

Far better experience than last visit, nearly a year ago.
They have now got rid of the aweful guilt ridden paper cups! Thank goodness!
Now have washable though I fear there are still lurking paper cups judging by some odd staff comments.

But it was very nice today. Staff kind, food incredible! Lots of variety of hot tubs, steam and sauna rooms etc. Pools were warm enough.

Not packed at all which is great.

Far better than last time. Thank you and well done on the improvements!

Thankfully they also have back up lighting as there was a big power cut to the whole area and whilst we lost light for a few seconds (complete pitch black in the shower) the back up lights came on and it was enough to not need to panic, so I add this as its quote reassuring if you are a claustrophobic like me! Phew! So this was a bonus I jad Jo idea that I appreciated!

The most incredible spa my boyfriend and I have ever visited! From start to finish the experience was second to none. Beautiful surroundings, polite and helpful staff, incredible food and the spa facilities were amazing. Our room was also so cosy and clean! Didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay. Can’t wait to return!

Lovely spa, lots of rooms to experience, great indoor and outdoor pools. Dinner was fantastic and room gorgeous. Only disappointment was the exercise classes - substitute teacher who was late (but excellent) then at a second class no show teacher and no one from the hotel came to let us know. Would have planned my morning differently if I'd known the class was canceled.

Wow, what an amazing Spa. Incredible. Great Spa, great food. Great place! Little touches so important... Eg fresh milk for any tea and coffee you may want to make in your bedroom.

Got food poisoning from their restaurant, still made me pay for the night even though I was throwing up all night and then poisoned for the next few weeks! Still had the pay for the meal that made me sick too! Spa was on its last legs. Would never go back. Rooms don’t even have a fridge.

Lots to do here and the facilities are all decent, and some are great. Place itself is very nice and the grounds especially are lovely. It is pricey but I feel like this is a case where I was satisfied with what I paid for. I'd go again.
