Best doctors for me better than my old one there actually want to help my needs there are quick on doing appotments for me I van get a phone appointment in the morning less than 10 mins and there look in ins and outs everything and doctor are so lovley and understanding x

This practice is by far the best that we have ever had. I am not a regular attendee but when I have contacted them I have been more than happy with the response that I have had. We have considered moving to another area and as sad as it sounds one of the considerations that has stopped us is having to change GP.

Fantastic Doctors. The best I have ever had. Caring and compassionate. The receptionist on the whole are friendly and so are the nurses and pharmacists. They are a very busy practise and it does take abou4 3 weeks for me to see my chosen Dr however with the concept of phone appointments you speak to a GP and they get you in if needed. I am very happy with the services provided.

Awful place. I wanted my usual monthly repeat prescription and ordered it online. I called at the surgery to collect it and nothing had been done. There was a nasty argument with the receptionist, who told me their policy was not to allow repeats to be ordered until a few days before they needed collection.
There is no private area and the argument was in full view of the assembled patients in the waiting room.
I now changed to a very good GP practice and recommend everyone to do likewise.
This really is the place from hell.
You look at the fancy cars in the staff car park and you can see the money pouring in from the NHS. Our money from our taxes. It can be much better spent.

Rang today as I was a bit anxious regarding a test result that hadn't come through the post. I asked the lady who answered the phone if she could check the system to see if they had received my result. I expected to be told that I would have to wait!! She was lovely and confirmed straight away, after checking that my result was fine and put my mind to rest. Thanks so much. My family Joined this practice in 2010 , the reception staff and doctors are all lovely and we have always been happy with the service provided. Thanks once again

I was waiting in reception for my appointment (wearing a covid mask) when I man walked in without one, the receptionist was extremely rude to him, she said 'you must wear a mask in here' she didn't even give him time to exsplain, he could have been exempt!!
The law states that if you are exempt you do not have show or wear any proof of exemption or you do not exsplain yourself!!!!
I understand that some people are vunarble and need protecting but there are ways to address things instead of possibly breaking the law.

New patient registered yesterday as we have just moved into the area.Needed to speak and see a GP as my wife was feeling unwell so went to the practice at Snaith.Can honestly say from receptionist efficiently registering my wife,to a triage call and then a face to face appointment with a GP it all happened within an hour!!We were very impressed and reassured and feel like we're in good hands.Keep up the good work in these especially challenging times.Thankyou.

This place offers doctors to come out so you don't have to make the trip. Efficient in making appointments and they aren't often running late. Transference to Goole A&E. I come here often and the doctors are caring and understanding.
