This is the most uncaring badly run practice. There not worth the one star but that was my only option. My mother died recently and they have made so many mistakes sorting out her death certificate. She was 86 and had been with the practice all of her life. How these people live with themselves I do not know. Five times I have been told the elusive practice manager will ring me . I first rang 8 days ago. I am still waiting. I have been promised a call back today. I'm not at all hopeful. I would be ashamed that I had treated a bereaved person like this. I wonder if they will read this review and act upon it. How can one person be in a meeting for that long.

I have always found the staff courteous helpful and kind.
They have always made me feel listened to and even taken extra time to understand my concerns and explain about any side effects of new medications etc…
I felt included in my care, given relevant information to make decisions on my treatment and supported in making lifestyle changes - and the staff have all done this whilst being under a huge amount of pressure both locally and nationally.
I know there is a problem getting an appointment but I think that is every doctors surgery in the UK.

My partner was referred to this surgery for a one off appointment and I hope she does not have to go back. The Doctor she saw was completely and utterly disrespectful. My partner has anorexia and she visited for an unrelated reason, but after a brief discussion the Doctor offered little in the way of reassurance instead opting to suggest my partner should “eat more” and have a “more well balanced diet.” To knowingly say this in such a way to a person you know has anorexia is appalling and I am incredibly disappointed in this service. I would have submitted a formal complaint however the email on the website doesn’t work and I can’t find any other means to submit one.

Ah I wish I knew where to begin. If I could put 0 stars I would.

My important repeat prescription was not posted FOR 7 DAYS STRAIGHT. I had to call 999 for an emergency prescription because they are this useless.

I try calling at 8:00 when the lines open everyday for an appointment, only to join a queue of +45 people, by which point when my callback arrives they have no appointments left. I have been doing this for months. I have a serious medical condition but they don’t seem to care one bit.

Nobody has any empathy or understanding. I understand they may be under pressure, but their primary aim is to help people, and when there are this many 1 star reviews, I think it begins to spell out just how dramatically they’re failing to provide such a vital service.

DO NOT VISIT THIS GP.

The reception staff and nurses are lovely , however trying to actually get to see a doctor is more than a joke . The evergreen app and ask my gp not great either , when you do a reqtjest for an appointment and it asks you a silly question like (what do you want us to do to help you) that is just dadt thats what the doctor is ment to be there for isnt it ? Then the doctor that reads the request just end up passing you to pharmacy 2u well thats as if they cant be bothered in my opinion .

Awaiting 3 months for signing the documents by the doctor. Unable to receive proper information. Tried to speak with the GP manager - was told that it is not possible to do so. Unable to book an appointment with manager. Horrible service.

-when making telephone appointments they are always late and never on time and then get annoyed at you when you state to them you cannot hang around on the phone cause of your own plans.
-on telephone calls they also try to rush you and refuse to listen to you
- doctors are very rude and often don't listen and make their own assumptions which are often wrong and lead to no proper care.
- I have been 4 times for 1 specific problem and every time I am given the wrong medication or not enough.
- they have marked test results as normal when they are not
- never follow up the test results if found unnatural
-take forever to sign of prescriptions and often I have to go back and ask for them to be signed off
