One patient had this to say about their experience at the centre: "I was referred here for a minor facial surgery and found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease about the procedure. I was seen on time for both the assessment and the op itself, which was very luckily the day after the assessment. I have been 7 years and finally I left.
Receptionist team no even say hello when you greet them.
Nurse ignoring that I am not with the right inhalers, saying that I am doing right and week later because doctor saw and review my visit she told me off, finally change inhalers after 5 years.

I am with Charter right now and staff goes beyond their job, friendly and ready to help

Better than most practices but still not perfect.

Amazing experience with Pippa, so kind and lovely and really seems to try and understand and talk you through everything. And doesnā€™t seem to be overbooked like previous ones Iā€™ve been to.

AWFUL experience with Dr Torbatti. Tried to gaslight me into thinking my symptoms were just anxiety even though I already had them diagnosed Though that seems to be the typical GP experience unfortunately.

So definitely better than most practices but still faces the issues that most UK GPs seem to with gaslighting young chronically ill people.

Booking an appointment here is a minefield. The online system is bugged out and doesn't work, and ironically requires to you to visit in person to generate login details. Weirder still, you can't book in person and seemingly on the phone, you have to book a same-day appointment between 9 - 12pm, or from 3pm?

Considering most people work 9am - 5pm, this is beyond aggravating.

I canā€™t be complimentary enough about the practise and staff. I have been registered there for probably twelve years now and following a big op a few years back, they have been consistently brilliant, caring and just on it with regards to follow ups and aftercare. Thank you šŸ™

This is the best medical practice I have ever visited. Since registering here I have nothing but positive things to say. Every single member of staff I have seen has been SO lovely and also SO good at what they do.

A special shout out to Sylvia who did my smear test today, she was incredibly lovely and it was so quick and painless. She is an incredible nurse.

Thank you to everyone at Seven Dials Medical Practice!

I have always been a healthy person, but when I faced serious health issues for the first time, this GP practice was utterly useless. The staff were impersonal, uncompassionate, and unhelpful. Despite my intense worsening rectal bleeding and severe fatigue - having even fainted at home, they ignored my pleas for urgent medical attention.

My emails were not properly recorded, and crucial photos of my symptoms were deliberately omitted from my health record. The doctors mishandled my testsā€™ samples and provided rushed, uninformative consultations, leaving me terrified with a mention of colorectal cancer. In desperation, I flew to my home country Greece to see my family considering the mention of cancer and due to my unstoppable bleeding and fatigue there, I was promptly admitted to hospital where ā€œluckilyā€ I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, not cancer.

I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Simply awful. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!

Thank you Chris for your ā€œpromptā€ attention to my review. Itā€™s reassuring to know that nearly a month later, my concerns are being ā€œinvestigatedā€ with the same urgency and thoroughness that characterised my initial care - absolutely ridiculous. I eagerly await the outcome of this ā€œinvestigationā€, which Iā€™m sure will be as enlightening as the rushed consultations I received. In the meantime, I would appreciate it if you could add Pentasa 4g to my repeat prescription, assuming of course, that this request doesnā€™t get lost in the same way my emails and crucial photos did.
