I’ve been to many underground salt caves along the years knowing how beneficial it is for you, from sinuses to lungs, from breathing to a sense of well-being. I don’t have any severe health issues but my sinuses have always been a pain, dry nose and blocked sinuses always, blocked ears, otitis.
Stumbled on this quirky place and immediately fell in love with it, it’s so calming and serene (best naps ever), great and friendly host, and I must say the technology is much stronger and more efficient in a much shorter time, you’ll see amazing results after just a few sessions. My sinuses are clear, no more crackling noise in my ears, sleeping is so much better, I feel a huge difference and I feel that sleeping has improved. It’s an all round session, from inner benefits to mental relaxation, it’s a sense of tranquility that comes with so many health benefits. If you’re suffering from breathing problems (especially asthma or other chronic conditions) or skin issues like eczema and so much more, you must give the Salt Kingdom a try and treat yourself with a session to see how it is or better yet a plan so you can see some real improvements, you can thank me later in person, I’ll be around here every week.

I had the pleasure of experiencing this incredible place today.

I literally got to lay back and relax, in the most comfortable chairs, for 45 minutes whilst the salt infused my lungs. I even managed to sneak in a little Reiki and meditation. Awesome.

Great place, the owners are really lovely and the salt therapy works: got there with a bad cough and a two months lasting cold and just after like 4 or 5 sessions it's all gone. Completely gone. Felt better just after the first session, but took a few more for it to completely heal. I'll continue the salt therapy as it's beneficial for a larger array of things and for strengthening my immunity. Plus, it's relaxing.

It’s always such a pleasure to visit The Salt Kingdom. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and make sure you make the most out of experience. There is always a very relaxed environment, where you can benefit from breathing in the salty air, which helps protect and relieves against respiratory symptoms especially in winter months, helping to keep cold and flu at bay.
As well helping to stop cold or flu symptoms, it can also help with the effects of long term covid, as my wife discovered after only a couple of trips to The Salt Kingdom she was able to breathe better and recover faster.
There really a lot of benefits for both mental and physical health, each visit is always a pleasure and look forward to many more visits to come.

I have been visiting the Salt Kingdom for well over a year now. Its has been a massive help in fighting my Hay fever , so much so that i have been able to stop taking daily tablets, can run in woodlands with out having to worry that my beathing will be a issue.

I fully recommend you visiting The salt kingdom.

Such an incredible place! I've been visiting with my young children for a long while as there are so many benefits but I've seen lots more positive changes in my daughters health since visiting regularly (once a week) she hasn't been back in hospital for over 5 months after going in every other month before with breathing difficulties.

I almost forget about the benefits sometimes and just look forward to going so my kids can enjoy playing and we are always welcomed in such a loving way by Alina and Simona. They are wonderful people who love children and will do anything to help and they are genuinely the most lovely and kind people.

I always leave feeling happy even if I was stressed before I walked in.
