One such testimonial reads, "I received amazing care from everyone I interacted with at the hospital during my admission for surgery. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and I felt well looked after. The facilities were akin to a hotel and in fact, I have stayed in far worse My room was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. I had privacy and it was very quiet at night so I was able to get a good sleep. A great menu choice for each meal and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hospital."

Shaima and Ana were absolutely delightful. I was completely at ease with them and they explained everything very well. I am relaxed about my upcoming procedure and would definitely recommend Runnymede hospital. Day of the procedure - From the moment I arrived to the moment I left everyone that I had contact with was absolutely wonderful. It made, what could have been, a nerve racking experience completely easy. Thank you so much to all the staff that were involved in my care you really should be very proud of how excellent you are!

I had a surgery at the Runnymede hospital and stayed as an inpatient for several days. The care that I received was above excellent. The consultants are amazing. All the teams involved were very highly professional and caring. Pre-operation team, the nurses that looked after me, the ward doctor, pharmacy team- I am very grateful to have had you! Everyone was so good. The room was very nice, with super comfortable bed and all facilities to make the patient comfortable. The food was delicious and the team serving it, very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much everyone for providing me with excellent care and keeping me safe!

I recently had laparoscopic surgery for severe endometriosis at Runnymede Hospital with Mr. Shaheen Khazali, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Mr. Khazali is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon but also an empathetic and patient doctor. He took the time to answer all my (many!) questions, explain the procedure in detail, and ensure I felt confident going into surgery. I had severe endometriosis, multiple chocolate cysts, and fibroids, but thanks to his expertise, my surgery was a success, and just one week post-op, I already feel so much better!

I also want to give a special mention to Dr. Jon Pipe, the anesthetist, who was absolutely fantastic. He met me before the surgery, walked me through every step of the anesthesia process, answered all my concerns, and reassured me in the kindest way. Knowing I was in such safe hands made a huge difference.

Post-surgery, Dr. Silviu (apologies for not remembering the full surname) was equally wonderful. He took the time to explain in-depth everything I should expect in the first two weeks of recovery, was incredibly patient, and made sure I felt reassured before leaving the hospital.

The care I received at Runnymede Hospital was outstanding. Every single member of the team—nurses, support staff, and medical professionals—was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for.

If you are looking for an exceptional surgeon for endometriosis and a hospital that truly puts patient care first, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Khazali and Runnymede Hospital.

I’d like to leave a glowing review for The Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey, and in particular, a wonderful member of staff—Linda, the Catering Supervisor. A close family member recently had a procedure here, and although I wasn’t the patient myself, I was so impressed with the feedback I received that I felt compelled to share it.

Linda went above and beyond in every possible way. Her knowledge and understanding of coeliac disease and dietary requirements were truly outstanding. She made sure every meal was not only safe but thoughtfully prepared, ensuring that my loved one felt completely cared for during their stay.

Her professionalism was second to none, but what really stood out was her warmth, kindness, and the lovely way she interacts with patients. It’s not just about food with Linda—it’s about comfort, dignity, and making sure everyone feels like more than just a number.

The hospital itself provided excellent care, but Linda really made a lasting impression. She is a credit to the team, and I sincerely hope this review helps more people appreciate the quiet heroes who make a hospital feel like a home away from home. Thank you, Linda!

Visited Runnymede Hospital with my wife for a procedure and were under the care of Dr. Sharma — the service was truly first class. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. The reception staff were welcoming, nurses and consultants explained everything clearly, and made sure my wife was at ease throughout.

Special thanks to Linda, the catering supervisor, who went out of her way to ensure our toddler was comfortable and happy.

A loved one of mine recently had a minor procedure here, but he's a technophobe and I'm not a fan of hospitals so the tension leading up to his stay was intense...but have to say he had a very good experience no complaints whatsoever towards the hospital but wanted to give the catering staff a shout out. For us that was highly unexpected. Very good food, great service and Linda the catering supervisor had an excellent understanding of celiac disease and her helpfulness was second to none. Their attention to detail was great. Food is usually such a concern for us but they took the worry of all that away and he was able to eat tasty, nutritional foods within his limited diet which just made his whole experience a good one. After all nutrition and rest is essential for recovery. Greatly appreciated
