I had a blood test done and have to wait 10 days if the doctor to look at it, there could be something on that test!, I take 4 lots of tablets a day and last tab review was hav blood test, not doing it while I have to wait 10 days, one doctor in surgery silly!, I should change !

Staff need to be trained.
When you call your information, what you require should be recorded at that moment in time.
You should never be told that your information has not been recorded.
A Good Doctor’s Practice requires everyone to know their job and to regularly have training to make sure their patients are getting the best from everyone there.
You are dealing with Patients and they should be respected and heard.
The service needs to be much better.

Booked an online appointment was given the date and time confirmed by email waited for the call that did not come ..receptionist told me they had changed the date and nit bothered telling me ...Great

The GP surgery improved . The staff is nice, polite and eager to help.If you need GP appointment doesn't take long to get one.
The manager is very knowledgeable, kind, has the ability to listen to your concerns and she is friendly.
They need more nurses to employ.

I’m with the Corringham surgery, but also deal with Rigg Milner in Tilbury. The Doctors are excellent and both teams of receptionists are so kind and efficient. Really lovely ladies who always helped me. The telephone service is much better than in the past. Well done all 🥰

If I could give less than one Star, I would.

This is the 4th time coming here (fortunately not my registered doctor's as we live in Stanford however always get sent here) Reception staff are consistently rude and Ill-mannered, they will leave you standing their without acknowledging you for any amount of time, so be prepared to feel belittled and unimportant on every visit.

You can never be certain that your appointment will have been booked properly and we have in the past, attended in rush hour for a 4 week old baby's vaccinations and been sent home without being seen.

The only acception to this bad review is that, when we have been seen, the nurse has been brilliant and is the only credit of note to the practice.

Our baby's final (16 week) is now being done at 21+ weeks!

Do everything you can to not use this practitioner.

A formal letter has been written to the practice lead, however just wanted to get this out there for all to see.

I wonder whether the surgery really cares at all about the patients that try to use this facility.
I made a call on the line for 18 minutes no answer (I was actually first in the line)
Not even an email contact
The out of hours number doesn't work.
It's a shame I can't give the surgery a thumbs down well here goes👎👎👎👎 there's 4 for starters.
The reviews on the NHS website are a mixed bag.
But on Google reviews 99% are rating the surgery as very poor.

It’s also very hard to book an appointment. They talk about being on time etc but their phone lines are not working until about 8.15am and the Centre open at 8am! when they are running
Late due to systems shutting down or doctor running late, theirs no alternative but if we are late by a few minutes apparently doctor won’t see us!
