After recently moving to South Cave, my husband and I registered at the practice. It was my first visit this week and after completing the appointment triage form I received a call with an appointment within the hour. It was a cancellation appointment so I don’t expect I will always get one so quickly but I really appreciated it.
I was seen by Dr Hanna, and what can I say, I was very impressed. I can be honestly say I have never seen a doctor like him in my 55 years. He was very nice and listened to my issues attentively. He was very thorough in his questioning of my symptoms and I didn’t feel rushed. In fact I felt completely at ease.
I’m not one for visiting doctors and alway try to resolve issues I can without putting undue strain on the NHS but when I do visit I appreciate this kind of service. I’ve had doctors in the past that haven’t listened and perhaps due to time restraints can’t seem to get you out of the surgery quick enough.
Very impressed with the appointment booking system too…it certainly worked well for me this week.
One very happy patient!!

Always a pleasant experience when dealing with the service there. Especially helpful when ordering prescription. Spoke to Mandy today regarding topping up the repeat prescription and she was ever so helpful. Sent me access to the online system, and explained briefly how it works. Was very understanding and helpful. This will make my life 200% easier in the future

No issues with staff, doctors or care given but I went with my partner and the waiting room was freezing cold, previous issues with leaking roof left stains on the ceiling, an out of order light flashing and toilets out of order. The place needs an upgrade, not good for patients or staff and dispensary could do with being separate. Who knows what germs you'll pick up when picking up a prescription.

Don't like the surgery. No windows, no ventilation, people no wearing masks and grumpy nurse in a treatment room with a dirty chair. I wanted to leave as soon as I entered the building, but this is the surgery we have. Brough and Holme on Spalding are much better.

What a beautiful GP Dr Walters his & location and building her examination excellent, However l was given a prescription, which my pharmacy could not supply, contacted the medical center who kindly arranged a replacement and forwarde it directly to my chemist but failed to advise me l had to make enquiries at chemist did not receive text msg as promised

So the dispensary when closed has an telephone answer machine service, it would help if the messages were listened too? One very upset teenager who needed his prescription. Not good enough.
