Contacted the Ridings Medical Practice - Brough through the online facility and I was contacted by them very quickly and an appointment arranged for the same morning. Dr Hanna provided a very sympathetic and helpful consultation and arranged for my wound to be dressed by a Nurse. A very impressive and helpful service indeed and I recommend them as a brilliant GP service. Thank you?

Absolutely brilliant and easily the best surgery I’ve used. I strongly recommend people use the online services as each time I’ve used that to submit a query I’ve had a response from a doctor or an appointment booked within 90 minutes. Far better service than I’ve had from any other GP surgery.

There is so much negative news about the NHS nowadays I believe credit where it's due, I rang my surgery at 8am yesterday was given an appointment at 9am and picked a prescription up at 10.15 excellent service big thank you to all services

Have no words, terrible staff, terrible services. Never on time, never actually get what you need. Customer service is shocking as said before the staff are awful especially the desk/dispensing staff. The doctors DENY your request for medicine and don’t listen to a word you say. Don’t try and get anything from them. Appointments are scarce even though it’s never even half full, prescriptions take weeks and you don’t get the exact medicines you require. Absolutely shocking, and even worse they find it amusing. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

Useless on line forms completed twice for an lower eyelid problem. The pharmacist has stated daughter must see a doctor. Online agent states we should go to opticians. We completed another form with pictures and the operator was looking in her eyeball for a stye We clearly stated it is red and sore and looks like a stye but has progressively got worse over 3 months. And the consultant looks at her eyeball. Now the online system is closed so we can't do anything until it opens tomorrow and daughter home from school. No wonder people turn up at A&E with nothing really wrong. Nobody can actually get in a GP appointment. I had to travel to brough just to have my bloods done last week. We live opposite this surgery!

You simply avoid that surgery. Any other surgery would be miles better. Doctors are so rude that I don't even want to comment them. Appointments- if you are lucky you will get one in two weeks time. Plan your day tasks as your appointment will never be on time.Small car park,always full,not enough disable park spaces.

Brough Doctors are doing something right. Absolutely cannot fault the process to get an appointment or the way in which they prioritise in order to see everyone. Colette the lovely blonde lady on reception is a breath of fresh air in a practice! She was cracking jokes and equally sympathetic which makes a scary time that little bit more bearable. Thank you Colette :)

Look after me very well but the carpark spaces at the surgery are just too close together for the sick and elderly..........
