Called the surgery today with 3 queries, including a child’s prescription and two appointments for myself.

I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant receptionist who dealt with my questions with ease and went above and beyond to accommodate me , so thank you.

A special mention to Nurse Helen who put me at ease during my consultation and was polite throughout.

Another mention to the Nurse Practitioner who was friendly and knowledgeable.

By far the nicest and most helpful doctors surgery I've ever been to. .

The reception staff are all amazing and so helpful. The Nurses are fantastic and the doctors too.

The booking system really works and the use of Apps for booking and prescriptions really works.

We couldn't ask for a better team to look after our family.

I’ve been coming to this practice for 5 years now and can’t fault the service. Doctors, nurses and receptionist are brilliant. They have the emergency appointments right, every time I ring no matter what time they always get my children in.

We have found practice to be helpful and getting appointments seems to be no problem. Would recommend no problem.

Absolutely shocking just phoned to get an appointment as mh team have sent me out a form for a diagnoses of a other mental health disorder! Well all I got was the receptionist thinking she's medically trained within this saying I need to qualify for the funding (I'm already under mh this is a new diagnosis that's been missed) but when mh sufferers go off the deep end we're to blame! Looks like finding a new Dr's that's good with mh these are not

Best doctors surgery in Dudley. Every doctor I've met takes me seriously and listen to me. Receptionists are wonderful too. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
