The best Doctors surgery in Redditch, lovely receptionists, very caring Doctors, cannot fault it. I feel very lucky to be on their books.

Great surgery. I've had nothing but good experiences at the Ridgeway. Doctors, receptionists and nurses are all so friendly, particularly Doctor Meredith who is just fantastic! She is so thorough and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Brilliant service.

This is the best doctors that I have used in Redditch. On the occasions that I have needed to visit they have been amazing and I have been referred for more help. I never feel rushed or unheard and can always get an appointment if I call on the morning as per their procedure. I t had a bad experience with any doctor there but Dr Meredith was exceptional a few months ago. Also the reception staff have always been very helpful and caring.

Superb surgery. Helpful receptionist and Dr Davies was brilliant with my son . Quick and caring service. Appointment same day as requested and very thorough and unrushed appointment.

Wonderful people, who genuinely care! Dr Richard Davies is a brilliant Dr, and has been extremely caring and supportive of my young daughter, through multiple illnesses. The Ridgeway Surgery deserves 10 stars!

This practice has gone really down hill, so much so I have since moved to Grey Gables as have other residents from my village. Very sad as used to be a great doctors when Dr Cowburn ran it. Really pleased I moved practice, forgot what patient care and service was until I move surgeries.

Had blood tests done today by Kim, I have not had blood tests done for maybe 30 years because I am petrified and normally faint. What a professional, she calmed my fears and didn't even know she had took the blood. What a credit to the surgery.

Such a disappointing surgery! Today in acute pain I was sent, after urgent bloods taken at the Alex, to the surgery to obtain pain relief. I asked at 12.59 could it be possible to obtain a prescription, oh that was too easy, no you must come back for an emergency appointment, I asked if the dr could call as I was going back to bed rest as requested by the dr ! I explained duty of care ! These receptionists are not qualified to decide what or how acute you heath issue is ! Mini hitlers . Moving to Inkberrow. Shoddy .
