I recently had my first experience at The Retreats Cambridge for a Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage and Prescriptive Facial with Leni, and I must say it was excellent. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which set the tone for a rejuvenating experience. The massage was not only restorative but also highly beneficial for my back, neck, and shoulders. Following the facial, I felt truly rejuvenated; the products used were of excellent quality, leaving my skin feeling fresh and fragrant. I'm already planning to return and explore other treatments they offer. Highly recommended!

I went here for a “spur of the moment” pedicure & will definitely be back for more treatments. You never really know what a salon is like the first time you book, but the centre was lovely, spacious & calming.
Treatments are private so I was the only one in the salon. The pedicure is great, Anastasia was lovely, what a gem to have on my doorstep!

Best beautician ever. The retreats is a sanctuary and the treatments are sheer bliss. Anastasia and her team go many extra miles to make you feel looked after, pampered and comfortable. The salon has a relaxing coffee and sofa area and you can relax there before or after your treatment.

I was made to feel so welcome. My treatments were incredibly relaxing. It feels like a real find to discover a place like this, where the therapists really understand your needs, and look after you. Having been through months of medical treatments it meant such a lot to able to enjoy some pampering and respite. Both Anastasia and Shona were so kind, knowledgeable and considerate, It’s a beautiful and peaceful place too, which has been very well thought-out. I’m looking forward to my next visit. The perfect escape from a stressful week - a very warm welcome and the best treatments. The massage was the perfect pressure followed by a superb facial and my pedicure could have gone on forever while we relaxed in the recliner chairs! It’s a lovely setting and very well maintained. I’ve been using The Retreats for as long as they have been open (including their previous name) and I have never been disappointed. The new location is amazing! Such a lovely vibe and the rooms are relaxing and clean. I recently had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Anastasia was very thorough in ensuring I had a patch test before hand due to a long break over lockdown even though I have been using them for years. My favourite way to practise self care.

Nicola gave me a lovely luxury manicure and pedicure and was able to see a couple of colours on my nails which helped me make a final decision.!
I also had my eyebrows tidied and tinted as well as my eyelashes in blue black. My eyes now look more opened up.?
I have also indulged in a hydrating Bilbao massage and facial- a wonderful relaxing experience which has left my skin soft and smelling beautiful xxx
As an bonus the venue is perfect easy to park so can pop in and out of The Retreat. The steps to get in are a little steep for me but the use of the chair lift is perfect.
