Yeh was having a really bad day, called connections and They recommend this place as well as a place closer to me in Bournemouth (but that was closed for staffing issues). Its in a very nice location and has a gd feel to it.The lady that greeted me at the door was very friendly,I went in and sat down and was made a coffee.A lady offered me a biscuit, which was nice of her.I was given the chance to speak with a mental health nurse for a good 15-25 mins which is great. I have suffered for about 18 years now & the last time I had a really bad patch was around 12 yes ago & I do not believe the service to have excisted then. I believe this to a step forward on mental health for the area.thank you

Fantastic place, I visited about 3 weeks ago for the first time. Iv been very low, stressed, anxious an depressed, times for me at the moment are so uncertain, my voice is never heard, my story that paints the picture of what I have had to go through an continue to, which if they listened, the outcomes would be so much different. But they are never are heard. I found this place warm an welcoming, the staff where very friendly, they tried to encourage me in a little game they where playing, (I wasn't feeling comfortable in myself) nothing was forced. I had a chance to talk to a pior, explained my worrys an concerns, an he listened!, guided an then he came back to me with some very helpful information and some course's (that I had no idea about till then) unfortunately I havnt been able to get back there since, but I plan to come atleast once a week here. I would fully recommend this place, for anyone feeling low or vulnerable, this is the safest place to go.

We did not know about this place or that it existed for people suffering with mental health issues no mater how small. They helped my daughter who was not in a good place with chronic back pain. They of course cannot sort her back but they did her mind. So grateful for their help. Thank you.
