Usually I go to the Retreat to get my eyebrows laminated with Grace which is always the perfect experience, but I recently booked in with Ella to get my nails infilled and I’m so pleased with them! She’s also super lovely, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Would recommend both services from here!

An absolute gem of a salon - Grace & Adele are so lovely, knowledgeable & are fab therapists. I’ve been going since they opened & every treatment has been superb. Myself & my friends would not go anywhere else now. Fully recommend

I have been using The Retreat for around 12 months, Adele is so knowledgeable and always gives great advice. If she doesn't think a treatment will be beneficial to me/my skin/body type she will say. She puts my body "improvement" and what will work for me above profit and I love that ❤️.

I booked my mum a hydra facial with Grace as a birthday present. My mum gets really nervous in new places and I can honestly say Grace was amazing. She put my mum at ease straight away and talked her through the whole process while chatting and keeping her relaxed.

Amazing experience. Would 100% recommend this salon. We have already booked further treatments in a few weeks.

The Retreat Cromer is THE beauty place to attend. One amazing team. Adele, in particular, is a total professional/expert in everything she does, very well read in beauty, I have regular facials, dermaplane, Botox and laser treatment. Never been disappointed, and I would never go anywhere else. If you haven't been, you are missing out.

I had a great experience, the booking was super easy and they accommodated my requests of changing something. I made the booking a few days before so they usually have a spot left you can book. I had a hydra facial treatment and a neck and shoulder massage, both with Grace. She's absolutely lovely and I felt very relaxed and enjoyed both treatments. Will come back and 100% reccommend trying this space!
