I am 80 years old and following a fall I had an injury to my thigh. The pain was severe but I didn’t do anything for a while hoping it would heal naturally. This didn’t happen so I made an appointment to see Rebecca at the Rehabilitation Room in Eastry. She quickly diagnosed the exact cause of the pain and gave me some deep massage treatment and a set of exercises suitable for my age and fitness level. I had a second appointment a couple of weeks later by which time my condition was much improved. I cancelled the third appointment because all pain had gone and I was back to my normal mobility.
I can really recommend Rebecca. She is competent, knowledgeable and helpful. I have no doubt that my complete recovery was due to her ministrations
