Very rude and unprofessional receptionist, who always lacking of empathy to their patients. I hope NHS stop wasting their money to this kind of worker because we are unwell enough to deal with this kind of treatment. Very cold and seems unhappy with her job. The surgery has improved but the lady receptionist is just very very rude

I have been trying to book a blood test at Pinner Road GP for four months, but the reception staff have been extremely unhelpful and rude. As someone with limited availability due to work, I needed flexibility, but one receptionist told me there were only two available days with limited hours. When I asked what patients should do if they can’t make those times, she dismissively said, "You decide what to do," and then hung up on me when I pointed out her rudeness.

When I called back, a male staff member suddenly offered more options—proving that they either withhold information or simply don’t care. The lack of empathy and professionalism, especially from certain receptionists, is shocking. Patients deserve respect and proper care, not dismissive and robotic treatment. This practice is failing its patients, and I urge others to speak up about their experiences and complaint as well.

A Surgery Who Doesn’t care about Neighbours Cannot Possibly Care about its Patients
Following the 3rd Breach of the Peace with Neighbours I was rudely advised that the Floodlight would continue to be on throughout the night lighting up our garden and windows so we cannot sleep for Heath and Safety reasons because they could not be bothered to Secure their work site.

1st breach of the peace – Staff Parking Directly in front of our Diveways so we cannot get out

2nd breach of the peace – Floodlights switched on throughout the night on 27th June.
We were informed this would never be switched on again…. How wrong we were!

3rd breach Lights on again on Tuesday 22nd November with a flaky excuse and no wish to change. We now have to put up with permanent daylight!
This is our local heath service!

If they are like this with neighbours how could they possibly look after anyone else!
Disgusting that a local business has no care or due diligence to those around them.
Thus we have been forced to seek assistance from higher authorities to live our normal lives again.

if I could give zero stars I would, dr raz or dr razj not sure on how to spell very unprofessional made an appointment for my 5 year old daughter and was told I could come in if I wanted too at 12:30 to see her but he was convinced it was a viral so I went today I was 10 minutes late I arrived at 12:40 it was hard enough to get there today as she had dentist appointments prior to this one and receptionist told me take a seat she goes to talk to the dr raz/ dr razj and she comes back and he says he’s not seeing me because I was late and he had other patients there was absolutely no one at all in the waiting room I cried and I put my daughter back in the car with a family member and I went back in and I wanted to talk to the dr and I wanted to make a complaint about this as I was here 2 days prior with my other daughter I arrived on time and I was over half hour waiting to be seen and I didn’t complain I didn’t mind I know how busy doctors are but today just shocked me, but anyway soon as I said I wanted to make a complaint thats when the dr said he could see my daughter, no other patient came out of his room and no one else was in surgery waiting room so how could he turn away a 5 year old for being 10 minute late. Turns out she had tonsillitis but he couldn’t give her antibiotics because there was no pus even though her younger sister 2 days prior had same thing and got some from another lady dr who was absolutely lovely. I got some antibiotics in the chemist for my 5 year old daughter and explained everything and they were in shock, the same doctor it was my 2nd time to see him I also seen him just before Christmas and he was very adamant on not giving my child anything to help her and she ended up getting severe case of tonsillitis, very unprofessional and not very caring towards children in my opinion the same doctor isn’t named on the website I’ve noticed on the meet the team section. DR RAZ or DR RAZJ not sure but if your ever going to see him with your kids i reccomend asking for another doctor.

Very disappointed at the reception. Called to book an appointment and I was told my account was deactivated, not feeling well and need to see a GP, asked if that could be sorted and I was told to call back in 2hours and that there are other patients waiting on the call. Complete disregard of my health, as if I don't matter but other do. Absolute not helpful.

Unprofessional Doctor ,I went to check up my 6 weeks old baby .She doesn't care about what are her actual duties.Might be she hasn’t enough knowledge in her own profession.I couldn’t trust this GP,Just doing formality and advice me if you feel more problem just go to A & E.That’s means it is not an emergency still I need to go A & E.WOW.What an illogical unprofessional doctor this GP have.Even Baby vaccine department asking me why your baby check history is not mentioned in our system.I just said that’s your GP doctor colleague

I’d like to share my experience with the first empathic doctor at this surgery. One previously always made me feel unvalued, like waisting her time, over exaggerating me as a mother. Always made me feel like I shouldn’t come to the surgery. But today, when I saw a different name on the screen as a doctor that will attend my appointment with my daughter, it gave me hope. I only experienced such professionalism, kindness and patience at St Mary’s Hospital, kids department. The name of the doctor is dr. Asghar. The way she approached my daughter, the fact that she made her smile, although just woke up from a short nap. The way she approached me as a mother, it made me feel good.
Although I’ll have to move the GP as we will move shortly out of the area, if she would have still be there, definitely ask for her.

I’ve been a patient at Pinner road surgery for over 15 years and despite great investment to refurbish the clinic, the level of professionalism from the staff is well below what I think should be the standard.

For example, I’d expect the nurse or doctor to listen and address my questions and concerns during an appointment but instead at my most recent appointment the nurse was on WhatsApp and then took a personal phone call. She would also ignore my questions and I had to repeat them several times. I felt like I was a burden. In my opinion this is really unprofessional and it makes me question their abilities as a medical professional.

Secondly, I’ve never been called into my appointment on time and have had to wait sometimes a month for an appointment. Not great.

I have left this clinic for these reasons. I don’t trust that the doctors / nurses they hire are properly qualified!

The days were a lot better at this clinic when Dr Khaja was around. Since then, this clinic has really declined.
